Hotel was nice. Staff was great. Pillows a little soft and no posted quiet hours so had to listen to upstairs room kids wrestle and stomp around until 11pm butv that's not really the hotels fault.

We stayed for two nights for a family trip and really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:
1. Location
2. Open, spacious lobby
3. Clean and spacious rooms (for SFO)
4. Good breakfast (included in our room rate)
5. Quiet rooms
Cons:
1. No microwaves in the room (we need to warm milk for our little one)
2. Staff is not the most friendly

Room was nice, facilities were good and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the key cards at one of my rooms (booked 2) kept timing out. Had to go down to the lobby 2 times, stand in line with family (2nd time took 20 minutes) to get cards fixed so we could enter our room. Service recovery was nowhere to be found. Really impacted an otherwise great stay. But because of the inaction and lack of empathy, would not return here.

Roy in Fisherman’s wharf is a very convenient good hotel for families, rooms are large, bathrooms a little small, complimentary breakfast is crowded but well
Organized, lobby bar small, pool great but a jacuzzi wood be a good addition, space is there. Parking very expensive!! That’s the only problem and the fee they charge just for unexpected damage is a rob on the customer, in my case 200 dlls that are going to be given back not on check out but 5 biseness days later?

It’s super nice to be treated like family, the entire staff is so amazing we always felt like we are part of the family. The location was perfect being in the middle of all kinds of shopping and places to eat and visit. The pool was well stocked with towels and lots of seating. Breakfast went way beyond coffee and pastries too. My whole family was so comfortable and relaxed we are already looking for another excuse to go back. Thank you it made our visit so much better staying here.

Very nice location, right at the Fisherman Warf. Breakfast was busy, but excellent.
Air condition in the room was not good enough. We had a family room with a extremely noicy air condition, and very limited ventilation. Simply not enough air for a family of 4.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Pier 39 and the Big Bus Tour Stop. It was also very safe. The lobby area was a wonderful place to hang out and have food delivered and dine. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the fire pit areas. We traveled with teen children, so these things were an added bonus.

The rooms were okay, but kind of small. A little outdated and needing some deep cleaning. Front desk took a very long time, very slow. No towels at the *cold* pool. Breakfast gets busy but was overall fine, other than the watered down juices. All of the added taxes they added AFTER the fact was ridiculous! And the added fees to bring a child. It wasn't worth what we paid at all, but is nice proximity to the pier. And parking was an additional $60 per day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were a bit small and the check-in line was long. We had children (without driver’s licenses), so we were unable to complete the self check-in. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The location was perfect!
