Holiday Inn Express and Suites Fisherman's Wharf, an IHG Hotel

It was perfect for us, close to Fisherman s Wharf and our family on Northpoint. Hard thing was breakfast in the morning for too many people and also only one elevator working.

A great place to stay for families. Room is spacious. Two queen beds are comfortable. The hotel’s location is very convenient, walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Safe too. We walked to pier 39 in ten minutes. Breakfast is fresh and various. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was an excellent place to stay. I traveled with 2 young kids and felt extremely safe walking everywhere. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good.

I rarely pay for a view room but I did in this case because I wanted my grandkids to be able to see the bay at night, without having to wander around an area that can be sketchy after dark. My daughter checked in and was given a room with no view, which should have been significantly cheaper than what I paid. When I realized what had happened I got a song & dance about an "upgrade" to a "mini-suite" -- a room that had a very narrow padded bench, not even a proper sofa, along one window. Not what I paid for. When I complained they knocked a bit off the bill, but not nearly as much as I paid extra for the view room, and besides that my grandkids didn't get the experience I wanted them to have. A dissappointing experience.

The hotel was perfect for our family. The room spacious and clean, the staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and good. Walkable restaurants, cafes, and enjoyable to walk along Fisherman's Wharf. Right near the cable cars too. Enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Great option for our family of six. The property is within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf, the Hyde Line cable car and Ghirardelli Square. We really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is perfect for families traveling to San Francisco. It's close to everything and if not walkable, it is easy to access cable cars and/or buses. Staff was friendly and accommodating, grounds were clean. Continental breakfast had a variety of options, although I'd steer clear of the bacon. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

IT was great, I went with my family of two children and mi husband and we had a good time, good food , nice beds, good space for al the bags. It was overall a good hotel.
