I lost my money due to the cancellation of our family get together and your property would not give us a refund. Go figure

Very dated property with painted cinder block interior walls, hard beds, old worn chair and a shower that wouldn't fully go to the shower head, still ran from the spout and filled the tub partially while shower in use. We went to the restaurant for breakfast which was empty except for one couple. The host said she would be right with us but after 15 minutes we got up and left. On the first morning, the grounds crew was mowing the lawn at 7:30 in the morning, right outside the room. The property was conveniently located near family we were visiting, but I would trade that convenience for a better environment and experience.

It was conveniently located to my families residence. The rooms are outdated. Bed was too firm. There was no vanity area.

Therewas asign on the front door of the lodge saying it was closed but another that said it was open. 2/3 of the "lobby" is sectioned off for construction. The young woman working at the fro t desk would talk to quietly you can barely hear what she was saying. There was no designated parkimg for loading/unloading your things and was told to either park in a fire lane or handicap parking "It should be fine" No designated parking for lodge and when we returned from dinner had to park a considerable disdance and carry our child due to all parking being taken by restaurant goers. Room was run down (pant peeling/missing, old beat up furniture). Other just were loud and very intoxicated into early hours. No where for a kid to just run around. Restaurant the next morning said it would be 1-1.5 hour wait for breakfast room service.

We stayed one night as a family with a 1 year old. Pros: nice & easy check-in; big & spacious room; quietest place we’ve ever stayed. Cons: The room’s condition was dated; shower didn’t drain properly & there was a big brown stain on the wall in the bathroom; the bed was hard and short 2 sleeping pillows. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would agree the place isn’t its price point. I don’t know if we’d stay here again, it was the only hotel in the area. It was out of convenience for us.

Great location but very dated rooms with no upscale amenities. Shower didn't work well-they needed to replace the nozzle long ago. With exterior corridors, very noisy with children running around on upstairs walkways.

We enjoyed our stay in general (7 days). We both found the pillows less than adequate but the beds were ok. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was ok but not worth a second visit. The bar was ok but poorly staffed, we had to wait way too long for service. We used it once and did not return. The golf course looks very nice, and, though I am a golfer, I didn't play. A local told me it was a bit pricey, but i didn't check prices for lack of time to play. I will stay there again because it is convenient to family that lives in the area, but I will hope they will upgrade their service in the areas which they are lacking.

This is a nice budget-friendly hotel that does the job. Nice golf-course location in a neighborhood that is close to dining and shopping. It is an older hotel and could use some room upgrades. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The phone number for this hotel on Expedia does not seem to be accurate and nobody will answer the phone. I tried to reach the staff more than 20 times prior to our stay, and the phone was never answered. They have a sign on the front door with a different phone number. This issue needs to be fixed.

Stayed 2 nights for SDCCI. It served it's purpose, but it is NOT anywhere near 'Resort' standards. We were disappointed, but if all you need is a place to sleep then it will suffice. Television is indeed a flat screen ,however, the color was out, brown tint despite efforts to adjust. Older AC unit. No microwave. Appears that they just put up new decor instead of actually renovating. Having the bar and grill available for pick up helped. Does NOT offer free breakfast. Just available to order. Would NOT recommend to friends or family.

Room was nice and clean. Needed a microwave and towel racks. Jacuzzi wasn't hot and would take 6 hrs to heat up. I was alone with two children and felt very safe.
