Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Elk Grove Ctrl Sacramento, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. We were too busy to enjoy the pool, but we saw families enjoying that looked happy. We’d definitely stay again and recommend.

LOVED the reading lights on the headboard. Only complaint because I always have to put one so you know its a real review, I felt that the shower bath combo was a little small ( like bath is only meant for a child) would have preferred just a larger walk in shower

I love staying here. I was able to bring my furbaby the first time I stayed here. The breakfasts are filling and the staff is awesome!

I was in the area to visit family. Enjoyed the close locality to their home, the comfort of the room and the quietness & cleanliness. We were able to dine together close to the hotel & their home. A big plus. Would stay here again.

The Staff was very efiicient and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and parking was easy! We will come back and recoommend this hotel to friends and family.

W i was in town with my family to visit my grandmother who has been in the hospital- I had booked 3 rooms under 1 reservation- upon check in front desk agent was unable to put them all in 1 transaction- I then told him I will need to checkout using a different card - he confirmed to me many times that it was ok. Upon checkout all 3 of the rooms were already charged to the initial card that he told me would just be authorized during the stay and I could switch out after. The new front desk agent that checked me out told me that no note was left to do that and could not help reverse charges to charge new card. They could not help me in any way and was not until I asked for a general manager that she had to call them to try and help- nothing was done to help with my request and I had to leave or I would miss my flight home. This is the most common request and standard practice that I have done in the past- so confused and upset as to why it was not accommodated - even after the fact that they mentioned that the night desk agent missed the note, nothing was done to help me, that is the part that upset me the most.

Everyone was friendly, place was clean family friendly. Had nice selection of food considering it was supposed to be a continental breakfast.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean and easily accesible for all members of our family. The stores are close and there was plenty of options for disabled parking and open access rooms. We really appreciated and enjoyed the continental breakfast!!!!

Great place to stay when we are visiting our friends. Very family and pet friendly. The free breakfast and coffee is much better than the standard hotel. The beds are comfy.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I wish the bathroom door had a door stop or something so it would be easier to keep an eye on kids while they bathe. Otherwise I have zero complaints!
