Front desk staff was great. Quick checkin/check out process. Great for staying with kids, definitely will stay again if in the area.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, check in was simple, room was clean, breakfast was good and relaxing, and bed was comfortable. I have stayed here before with friends and family, we will stay here in future and reccomend to my family and friends.

I liked the landscaping and water fountain and the pool. Did not like it was in a shopping complex, could not walk my babies around outside. The people at the front desk always knew our name and welcomed us back. For the cost there was no breakfast included and the coffee and hot water for tea was only available in the morning hours. Beautiful hotel!

First and foremost the front desk cleark was a young African American kid that was friendly and very knowledgeable of rules and policies concerning Hilton Garden Inn . The male employee deserves a raise in my eyes his professional was on point. I loved the location and the many great restaurants near by !!!!

Came to Hilton Garden after 9:00p.m. after escaping horrible stay at a Hampton Inn. Davion at the front desk was so truly welcoming and just all around excellent at his job. Hilton Garden was clean, quiet - just everything you need a hotel to be. And all of the front desk staff we encountered were welcoming, polite, kind and awesome. Next time I'm in Sacramento, this is definitely where I'll stay. Again, two amazing thumbs up to Davion for checking us in and providing a calm oasis after the horrible ordeal we'd just encountered at our other hotel. This hotel is great. Oh, they do need to warn guests about needing to request housekeeping though. Hilton family wide, that should be something guests are told at check in. We had an ADA room (tub with handheld shower and standard shower head and grab rails for toilet) and were satisfied; however, handheld shower does need to be re-tightened. A small issue that I am sure this well-run hotel's maintenance will handle.

The stay was overall ok... there must of been kids in the room above us because there was loud jump noises and running. We were upset to find my large towels in our room... only small towels. Wish there was towels to take advantage of the shower/bath. Customer service front desk personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything was great except, the neighbors above our room checked in late and were stampeding like a family of elephants. We called the front desk to ask them if they would ask them to settle down. Not sure if they did or not because the stampeding continued for what seemed like all night. Therefore, we did not get a good nights sleep! But the hotel itself is very nice and the staff was very polite and accommodating.
