Comfort Inn was centrally located to my friends and family just off the 80. Staff was very personable and helpful. Great breakfast options. Clean, quiet and convenient for me.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great location, good breakfast. Con: we made the reservation for 2 adults, 2 kids and chose a king sized bed and sofa sleeper. We attended a friends’ kid’s graduation party and we live 2.5 hours awake, she we needed somewhere just to sleep and shower. We didn’t check in until 9pm and the only thing we disliked, was that there wasn’t enough shampoo/ soap for 4 people and no linens or pillows for the pull out sofa. We didn’t notice until 11pm when the kids were settled and ready for bed, so it was kind of annoying that the linens weren’t there already, but the front desk brought them promptly and all was well.

The check in person did not acknowledge us when we walked in and kept us waiting for five minutes. There was another man standing on the customer side of the counter who looked like an employee who was scrolling on his phone and telling the front desk person what to change the channel to on the tv. When it was our turn, the front desk guy warned us that 112 of the 120 rooms were booked so there would not be any additional towels, pillows, sheets or blankets. Come to find out, there were no sheets or blankets on the pullout bed so I had to sleep myself and my two older kids on the king bed.

The room was clean and great for what we needed . The beds are a little hard and the hotel was noisey on our floor with kids running up and down the hallway . Besides that It was a great stay. I’d stay here again.

From check in to check out, it was a great stay! The front desk staff were amazing and, with the hotel full with kids for a soccer tournament, staff put those of us not with the soccer scene on the upper floor where we would be away from the chaos. I've never seen another hotel have that forethought for its guests. Great breakfast daily, eco-friendly (no daily cleaning when we didn't need it), and the beds were comfortable. Normally my back, hip, or both hate me after staying at a hotel but not here. We were here a week on a last minute family emergency. This hotel takes pride in what it does and it shows in the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Feeling average about this hotel. The price was ok, was disappointed that the pool was dirty and not heated. It was about 78 degrees outside and my kids wanted to take a swim, needs upgrading. No trash bins in the parking lot so saw a lot of trash outside. It is right by the freeway so it’s easy accessible. Only stayed one night for my daughter bball tournament in Roseville. Breakfast was the normal microwave eggs, sausage, bacon with waffles which was also ok.

Room was PERFECT. King size bed with a small siiting area with a couch. Nice vanity area outside Bathroom. Was absolutely perfect for a Thanksgiving stay near family. . Nice breakfast the following morning before setting off to go wine tasting with my large family. Beautiful. Thankyou. Great price too. Shopped around and glad we found you. Comfort Inn in Rocklin.

Upon entering the door, it smelled weeds. This hotel is old, staff are not friendly. No ice on all the vending machines. Free breakfast is 6am-10am. We came down for breakfast at 9am. Everything is almost gone. Workers were not refilling food. They are busy cleaning up and throwing up garbage instead of taking care of the customers. They put "out of order" to the juice machine. Only scrambled eggs are available to eat and few breads. Almost empty waffle mix. No milk. Little coffee. Tables are disgusting. More people came down after us, but ended up eating less and some nothing because workers always say "no more" when customers asked them for food. Workers cannot speak English, so useless talking to them. I will not recommend this hotel for families. Service sucks here.

It was one of my best experiences. We were very late for checking in because the flight was delayed for many hours. I asked the late checkin at 2:30am and the hotel said no problem. We were so happy that we could check in and slept. In the next morning, my child was so tired and could not wake up. So I asked the late checkout and they said no problem. We could enjoy delicious breakfast and checked out 30 min late. Thank you very much for the hotel’s warm heart and great kindness!
