-1- I had a room with marina view, but the windows were so dirty that I could not enjoy the view -2- Get the NY strip steak out of the menu at Tolay - that dish is awful (over fried/burnt/ dedicated Brussels sprout and mushroom, and the mashed potatoes was the consistency of baby food)

The stay was fine. It definitely needs a few upgrades and upkeeps on the property itself. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub so that’s always a win. Paid for parking with Expedia but was still charged through the hotel….. .

It was like a Ghost Town. The phone didn't work. This is a fairly large Sheraton Hotel and I kid you not the only service employee I saw was the woman behind the desk. The phone didn't work, and the wind howled through the room and the hallway like a haunted hotel. Also, there were not many guests that was obvious, but they put me on the third floor, all the way at the end with a view of the roof. Also, they have a huge parking lot that was totally empty but they charged me $15 to park there. Room was fine but definitely will not stay there again. It was spooky. It was in the middle of a storm and the howling of the wind in the room and the hallway, combined with an empty hotel and no employees freaked me out haha.

We stay here frequently while visiting our daughter and family. The staff are always welcoming and early check in accommodated. The room is clean and the hotel is quiet.

After a 9 hour drive to get there, hotel advertised it has room service until 11:00pm and to dial 2900. After 5 failed attempts of phone just ring and rings, I called the front desk where I learned room service has been out of service since the pandemic. I guess it should update the advertising of it. She then transferred me to the restaurant where she said I can order and just pick it up, there too, no one answers the phone. I then decided to head down to the restaurant, this is now 9:45 and they told me the kitchen is closed. My young kid and I went to bed hangry. The next day, we slept in and asked maid service to come later. On our way out, we stopped by the front desk to ask for a bed turn over and clean towels. When we came back hours later, we just got sheets and towels thrown on our bed. Pretty disappointed. The next day, we needed to extend our stay one more night. I came down to talk to the front desk. The clerk was looking on her phone and didn’t even notice I was standing there waiting for her. After a few minutes, I had to speak up to get her attention. She extended our stay and said she would re do our room card. After a long day and late night, we came back to a card not in service and had to go back down to have her refresh it. Overall, not impressed with my stay. Would probably never come back

The room was clean and roomy. Good value. We were located on the first floor too close to high traffic. Lots of noise coming from the hallway - running and screaming children, lots of door slamming and in the morning very noisy with people checking out.

Great hotel! Will definitely stay again. Beautiful property!! The staff was amazing and the restaurant was soooo good! The only bummer was that my kids wanted to use the hot tub and it was cold.

We stayed at the Sheraton to have a family swim day for my mother-in-law's birthday. We were greeted at reception by Ruby and Heather and received very attentive and kind service. Both Ruby and Heather helped us exocute a flawless birthday surprise and were incredibly helpful during our entire stay.

Great Hotel, nice location. The hotel is a beautiful beach resort style facility and is really quite large. We stayed in a two queen regular room that was on the first floor poolside. The room was rather clean and the beds were the best I've had in any hotel (my wife and kids agree). The only problem we had was a large amount of water below and around the air conditioner. I advised the front desk of the issue - she advised me she was the only one on duty, and could only offer a room switch to an equal room. We were already settled in so decided to deal with it. The restaurant was pricey and appeared slightly upscale. Not many families with kids, mostly older couples and business travelers. All together great Hotel aside from the wet carpet in the room.
