Residence Inn by Marriott at Anaheim Resort/Convention Cntr

Arrival day: The room was not ready until 5:30 although checkin is at 4. They did let me check my bags so I could walk around. My room was spotless and cool. Departure day; they let me check my bags at the desk the day of departure so I could visit Disney and leave my bags there. I came back and ubered to the airpot from the hotel. You can leave your car in the garage after you check out, but you have to pay for parking and get a code since you will have handed in your key. Overall great for families. Convenient to the park, and free breakfast. If you want your room cleaned you have to let them know. It is not automatic.

I was unimpressed when we checked in. We had booked a kid's suite with a view, we ended up with a view of the parkade. Other than that the hotel is very nice. It had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 tvs. It worked quite well for our family. The pool level is lovely and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. I would book again.

Amazing stay for our family, perfect location.

When I booked my stay, I booked for a three queen suite with a full-size kitchen for two day for my family of six. I had to request a new room due to the odor when I first walked in smelt very enclosed and mildew. I was accommodated with a new room. But still, it only had two queen size bed not what I requested or paid for; and there was a sock left on the kitchen counter. Although it looked clean. It still made me feel uncomfortable that the room was not detailed as it was being clean I still received only a kitchenette for a family of six. I was then informed that the location only had kitchenette. I then showed both on Expedia and the Marriott website that they both stated that I will be receiving a full kitchen, but somehow it did not reflect that I requested three Queen size beds. was I the link for payment? It switched over to a two Queen size beds. I felt like I was baited and switched.

We checked in July 1st we went to the pool and after showering we pulled out the sofa bed for our little ones to sleep in, the mattress had a big urine stain, we called front desk they said they do something a out it, well the female who answered thought bedsheets and a blanket would do… So i called back and i told the guy that answered that the urine would obviously go trough the sheets and that I could not let my girls sleep on there. So he said he’d try do have someone find us a mattress. I called again because my kids were tired… by this time it had been 2 hrs and my kids ended up sleeping in the queen beds… they brought the mattress i don't recall at what time. We had to share our bed with our special needs kid which needs a bed to himself. The following morning I called in the morning and asked if they can please pick up the towels and drop of fresh ones, we came back From the parks 5pm i called again, we went to the pool came back, nothing yet… so we called again. Then they came. July 3rd we came back from park at around 4-5 room was not yet cleaned, at this point I didn't know if they forgot or it wasn’t time yet. I called front desk they said they sent someone, well a lady knocked on the door and told us we had to leave so housekeeping can do their job, I told her we had just gotten back we’d go to the pool so it can be cleaned. July 4th same situation with towels… the dog nxt door barked day and night, is there not an assigned floor for pets?

Good walking distance to Disneyland, parking structure is convenient (you need to pay though), nice suite for families with small children especially with the full kitchen. Avoid first floor as it could be noisy and people can see through your windows from outside.

The design is perfect for families going to Disneyland. A 10 minute walk to Disneyland, free breakfast, spacious suites, nice pool and jacuzzi area. Rooms were quiet and sleek.

Very convenient and excellent place to stay with family visiting Disney

Clean and spacious rooms. If you want your room cleaned daily (or even at all) you REALLY need to speak up. Housekeeping is set to clean every other day. However, we returned from Disney around 3pm and they were just getting to our room. We had nowhere to go while they cleaned, so we got skipped over for two days in a row. Not ideal for a larger family. We liked the convenience of a coffeeshop and CVS right outside our door. The inclusive breakfast was surprisingly good, we felt safe in the area and its an easy walk one mile to the Disneyland parks. Would probably stay again, but would be adamant that our room gets cleaned daily

As soon as we arrived we were helped by front desk manager/ Christian and he was exceptionally accommodating, welcoming and helpful. He made sure our experience for my daughter’s birthday was extra special. I really appreciated the he made us feel. And because of him I will absolutely recommend this property to all my family and friends. Thank you for the great visit!
