We booked this hotel again because the staff (specifically Shannon) was amazing on our last trip. The staff was again, very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is that there is very little water pressure, so plan for a little extra time in the shower. The hotel does not clean your room unless requested, but that is typically how I prefer things. We asked for extra towels while another room was being serviced, so we had all our needs met. They greet you with a fun cocktail (if an adult) and Oreos (for the kids). There is a restaurant on property, but we did not go to it this trip. The hotel is bright, cheerful and clean. We would choose to stay again.

This is a good hotel for families that are on a budget for Disney or just in the Anaheim area. The rooms are spacious. Needs a little bit of updating and the carpet was a little dirty but overall, this is a great hotel for families on a budget I would recommend it

I have stayed at Hotel Lulu many times, and absolutely love it for our go to “staycation” spot. The Hotel is always extremely clean, and staff are super nice. My family and I are very easy going, but they are wrapping up renovations in some areas, which is why I rated it a little lower on condition. The construction has never bothered us, but it might for some, so I think it’s worth mentioning. The rooms are clean with comfy beds. Common areas have a cute beachy retro vibe with a few Disney and Hollywood touches. This stay, we used the pool which was smaller, but perfect for our kids (ages 3 &5). The pool area is in a courtyard that has lawn games and a few fire pits, for a nice place to unwind outside, and let the kids run around safely. When you check in you also get 2 complementary drinks of some signature cocktail at check in or anytime later in the evening if you like an adult beverage!

Loved the welcome cocktails..! And the treats for the kiddos! We stayed here for 3 days and I had called day after check in for housekeeping on the next morning, and when we got back the room wasn’t cleaned…! Water pressure in shower can improve too, But overall we loved it..! I will return.. & definitely recommend to friends and family..!

Im a fan of this hotel. I love the location the building and employees. I am disappointed in the experience this visit. I requested my room to be cleaned first thing in the morning before leaving. And from desk assured me it’ll get done. When I get home after a long day with my family we see the room like we left it. We made sure everything was cleared to make it easy for the. Leaning crew. Coming back to our room to how it was with no clean towels no body wash or tolet paper was very disappointing. I will be coming back for future visits but definitely an area of improvement.

We stayed here for a Disney trip and it was a good value for the money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was fine, nothing fancy but it was clean and had plenty of towels. Our room had a view of the Disney fireworks, which was magical! There were a few things that we found disappointing. On day 1, we were told the pool bar would have food til 5pm. The kitchen closed at 4pm. Day 2, we were told there was food til 4pm, then the kitchen closed at 3pm. So, we never got a chance to even taste the food. I don't understand what the point of having a kitchen is if it is never open for guests. At least keep the hours consistent!! The only way to get food (other than vending machines) is to order via an UberEats type of app, which does have free delivery so that's at least a bonus. The pool is overrun by kids most hours of the day, but it's a hotel that's walking distance to Disney, so I expected that. We loved the lawn games - they have cornhole, Giant connect 4 and Giant Jenga. Luckily the pool bar itself IS open til at least 10pm most nights, so you can enjoy a beverage while kids splash around in the pool. The hotel is about 3/4 mile walk to the main gates of Disney, so it was really easy to get to the park early for rope drop. The Toy Story parking lot shuttle will get you very close to this hotel at the end of the night, or the ART stops right across the street. Overall, it's a very conveniently located affordable option for Disneyland.

The hotel was good for a family of four visiting Disneyland. We walked it everyday. The fridge and microwave was nice to have in the room.

We loved how close this property was to Disney and other food activities. The staff, including the bar staff, was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a little difficult as there is only one set of stairs in the shallow end, which was inhabited by many children sitting on them. Due to language barriers, it was difficult to get them to move. No staff was available to be an intermediary. Although there was a restaurant serving breakfast, it would have been great to have additional options that were less expensive and quicker. Overall, we had a great time at Hotel LULU.

So my family absolutely loved it here clean quiet and within walking distance to our favorite places. My only complaint is that the phone rang at 345 am and it said we needed to exit the hotel but my husband called downstairs and it was an accident. But it woke my son up. But that was really nothing the beds were so comfortable and the pool was so nice and the games for the kids outside were amazing. We definitely stay here again for sure😁

Overall hotel was a great stay. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a little too small for a family of four. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure wasn’t great but ok. Walk to Disneyland is about 18 mins. Internet connection on the first floor was very poor. I thought parking was pricey . With tax it came out to $33 per night.
