This is a review for all of you families with children who have autism letting you know that this is a hotel that is accepting and inclusive of your children and I would highly recommend staying here if you have a kid who loves Disneyland and you want to stay near the park. It's only 15 minutes walk to California Adventure. The pool is heated and open till 10:00 p.m. If you call the day of checkout, you can pay $75 to stay till 2:00 p.m. to extend your stay a little longer. We thought that was a great option. The day after Disneyland when all we wanted to do was lounge by the pool and get a little more rest before driving home. This turned out to be a great mini vacation away from home even though we're local to the beach cities. My only caveat is that if you do stay till 2:00 p.m. Make sure you bring your ID to the pool because our our card didn't work in the elevator after 1:00 p.m. and that was a little bit of a drag and got my daughter dysregulated having to walk back and forth from the elevator to the front desk but it was quickly amended. Highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness and also a great view of the fireworks. If you decide to get the balcony room with the view, I think it's worth the extra splurge to see the world of color as well. All around. Great trip and great hotel.IMHO I would skip the room service. It's just really basic tasting burger and spaghetti ( chocolate cake was amazing) but the service was really slow when we stayed there, We ordered at 8:00

Beautiful hotel. Great rooftop. There was a huge convention there. This was largely a bunch of extremely drunk men with no self -awareness about their crass language or behavior. This was a huge, huge clash with Disney families trying to eat pizza and traverse the spaces. They literally overtook the hotel. I’m not sure how this can be navigated better, but it was extremely unruly and disruptive for the other guests. Great property and well-kept though.

Five stars is perfect, right? To be perfect the hotel would be 10, not 20 min walk from the parks. And the whole homeless situation in LA makes walking with the family during the night tense, a bit like gothan feeling. We had someone following my wife and kids that stopped when i showed up, strange and dangerous situation. I should have stayed in-property. Also, I missed an affordable breakfast option. The property itself is new and awesome, too much party going on at the top. People drunk shouting on elevators at 3am. I have a feeling of overpaying.

This was the most spectacular property our family has ever stayed at. It has been maintained very well, the staff is attentive and friendly and the rooms are spotlessly clean!!!

This is our second time at the Westin Anaheim for family Disney getaways. We have stayed in a couple of other hotels within walking distance to Disney in the same budget and this is by far our favourite. The rooms, grounds, lobby and pool area are amazing. We are a family that loves to use the pool and this one does not disappoint. Nice music, wait staff for food and drinks and a heated pool and huge hot tub. This time we were surprised with a room upgrade and it was spectacular. We will be back.

My family and I stayed 3 nights for spring break. We spent 2 days at Disneyland and this hotel was a great option for that. It’s within walking distance and not too bad of a walk. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, very nice staff and everything is well maintained. The pool is so relaxing and it really feels like a vacation. The rooms are nice, modern and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!!

Was extremely excited to stay at the Westin Anaheim, having heard great things about the service and location of the hotel, for our first family vacation for the parks.
Arrived Saturday evening after a long journey from Scotland & the hotel was mobbed. Checked in & was advised we had been upgraded (don't get excited..) Also told the local eateries & that Flemings was an upmarket steak house with suit jacket requirements, so not suitable for family dining...
Unpacked and started to settle our 4 1/2 year old to sleep, only to be met with carnage outside our upgraded room... outside the elevators... Cheerleading kids ramming mobility scooter into doors and causing carnage. Told them to pack it in & then they started kicking our door in later in the evening. Security had to resolve & they moved our room the following day, which meant packing up again and losing the following day waiting to move.. No apology or management approached us at all to discuss this experience.
Whilst the hotel is a great location & luxurious is some aspects, do not be fooled into thinking you'll get a good nights sleep here. ZERO soundproofing between rooms. ZERO soundproofing from the doors as you hear slam after slam & the street noise is ridiculous, not to mention the roof bar that thuds music until 11pm. If you dont have young children, it probably wont affect you, but if you do - dont stay here.
Checked out & never even got asked how our stay was.. Not a hotel to be booked again.
