There was a lot of construction going on. Very long lines to get through security. As much as you pay for the convenience to stay close to the park, it is not convenient at all to have to wait in such ridiculously long lines to get through security. There is nothing special about staying at the Disneyland hotel. Nothing at all that would justify paying $500+ a night. Rooms were clean. Mini fridge did not work. Water pressure in the bathroom was low. Beds in the room are incredibly high off the ground, not family/kid friendly. Room service is extremely expensive for the quality. The lobby smelled so strong like attempting to mask a smell. The pool is small. There was just nothing that stood out as exceptional or worthy of a decent review. We get more for our money at close by hotels. 3/10 do not recommend

When making reservations I requested adjoining rooms. However when I checked in they didn't have them. Then they wanted me to check into two different rooms in order to get the adjoining room basically the day we were leaving. However I was not giving credit for the room that I stayed in which was much smaller than the room that I paid for. I did agree to do this volunteerly because my family was so tired by the time we got to this point. The staff at the front desk was quite nice.

Nice hotel, but the party next door, let their kids scream and cry, loud, outside our door. Parents need to respect other families, that are staying next to them.

Great hotel, just not enough outlets by the bed. None in the lamps or anywhere near the bed. Had to plug phones in across the room. Also tiny tiny trashcans with no liners. Not great for baby diapers.

Excellent pool area for the family, clean facility, friendly staff, and convenient parking. I only wish they would have more restaurant/food options available on site. You can walk to Downtown Disney and Disneyland from the resort, and not have to worry about parking. You also receive an early admission to the theme park by staying at the hotel.

They had the cleaning crew street sweeping loud enough to shake our windows at 6:00am outside of our 4th floor room Sunday morning It was so loud and obnoxious! It woke our entire family up and lasted for an hour

This was the second time we decided to stay at Disneyland Hotel because it is convenient for the baby to take a nap during the day and come back in the evening. We got our room around 6pm (3 hours after regular check in) and it was not the type of room we reserved. We also found an open bag of chips from previous guests. The following day, we needed to leave one hour after check out but hotel cut the phone service so we couldn’t even request assistance from bellboys. Obviously, there are many other options around the parks that are cheaper but because of the baby we decided to pay more for the comfort. Nevertheless, this time didn’t fulfill our expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was my first time and most likely will not be my last. It was a challenge to walk back and forth to the hotel and parks; my kids where really exhausted but overall they loved it. I would recommend for sure.
