The worst was breakfast. It was so overcrowded, my three young kids and I didn’t get anything for breakfast. So crowded, huge line, too many people trying to get into a small space. Tried 2 different times in the morning. Ended up checking out and buying breakfast down the street. Staff saw all the commotion and they watched as though this is normal.
Rooms were worn out, overall a run down option that offers free breakfast that is unobtainable.
Would not recommend.

We are senior citizens with some physical issues and they wouldn't assign us a bottom room. They don’t have an elevator & making 4 trips up n down stairs wasn't good. They allow working staff to have their children use the pool and make as much noise as they want. And the TV was going in n out the entire time. And the Wifi, Couldn't log in the e tire 3 days.

Good hotel for a 1 to 2 nights stay, the breakfast was good. and at the price it was totally worth the money. Stayed with family , was safe , Rooms were clean , Old hotel , but everything was well maintained. Only complaint the shower was has a slow water pressure , else everything was good.

Clean, organized rooms, no bedbugs. Affordable compared to other hotels in the areas. I really enjoyed my stay here.
The microwave and mini fridge were really what sealed the deal for me apart from the price point as I have a wheat allergy and needed to bring some food from home with me. Turned to be a great thing. Fridge and microwave were spotless. I gave the counters and tables a wipe down with Clorox wipes and it was all clean. No dirty wipe which was nice. The smokehouse bbq 41 was very near and they had gluten free food available which was also a plus.
My husband and toddler were able to eat breakfast here at the inn.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Next time we visit yosemite village, this place will be my first option to look at and compare prices.
My only, and only issue that I had was that the front desk gave my room key to someone else while my family was sleeping. Around 5-6 in the morning when I heard voices outside and a group of people trying to get into my room. We had the room locked and barricaded so they weren’t able to come in. I cracked the door & They told me that the front desk gave them that room number and sure enough her card had my room number.
The group apologized and left. And in the morning I went to ask what happened. The desk office apologized and told me that when they checked me in that they forgot to mark my room as being in use. Honest mistake and all the ladies were polite.

My family really enjoyed our stay at The Oakhurst Inn. The family suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for our party of five and two well behaved large dogs. The staff was friendly, the breakfast generous, and the location was conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Yosemite's Mariposa Grove was about a 25 minute drive from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

A decent/good hotel in Oakhurst. Close to most restaurants.
Good for friends and families with kids.
Free breakfast (make your own waffle, cereal, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, yougurt, fruits, juices, hot coffee/tea and more…
Just one issue is where they over charged from my initial booking. But Orbitz supported me later with refund. Rest is all ok.

We were 4 member family in a double Queen room, and spent 1 night in Oakhurst Inn because we were on a longer trip of 20 night-stays(!). The stay was one of our best choices, very budget-friendly (96USD), very correct room with fridge, hairdryer, micro, coffe machine & coffe, super clean and comfortable. On top of all this a very-very nice breakfast, hot, eggs, sausages, cornflakes, muffins, freshly-self-made waffels, porridge if you like.
Location is really one of the bests, 2min walking from Oakhurst Yosemite visitor center where we got our information for a 1-day visit, map, suggestion for walks with seniors. South NP entrance at 24min drive distance. Yosemite Parking stop to take the free shutle and start the visit another short hour from the South entrance, but already with astonishing views. I would definitely recommand this place, nothing negative to say. We were from Europe, and had already a few low budget stays in motels, for much higher prices and far lower quality and cleanliness. As I said: this was one of our most-liked stays.
