I was in the pool with my daughter and the resort staff address a problem wish didn’t have to do nothing with us but base on my Race and skin complexes there staff member approach us. They made me feel like this was Race direct discrimination, harassment directed towards me. There was there 3 other family there but they said that the front desk staff sent them because the employees family members jumped the gate of the pool and they thought I was one of them . Is like my skin color would not able to afford to be part of their GUESS “

We got flooded out. Fire supression system flooded upstairs, and it came into pur unit. Middle of night evacuation with small children, and no full refund after we got wet and smelly

Great stay! Very convenient location. Very good for families traveling. Not so much with basement parking but I understand with the hotel’s location. Overall, happy with our choice to stay here.

Perfect location for kids to walk to the gondola. We love the village for the location and the dinning options so we aren't driving around.
