We’ve stayed all over mammoth for 25 years and this is probably the most comfy rental we’ve had. The construction is ultra robust making it a very comfy and airy place to relax and sleep. The location is right above the action yet everything still feels quiet and peaceful. Amenities like pool, gym, lockers, garage and front desk make it easy for the family. Overall great value for everything you get to enjoy.

Advertised for 7 people but comfortable only for 4. The pull out sofa mattress springs stick out and will hurt your back. My kids did not sleep well and not much was done about it. We were given a slightly thicker mattress cover but that didn’t help either. This is a privately owned unit so make sure you bring your own extra towels, robes etc.
