Very disappointed that it was not made clear that they book more rooms than parking spots. It makes it nearly impossible to leave without fear that your spot will be taken and you will have to park 20 minutes away and either walk or take the public shuttle. It’s plain greed. They could easily hire a valet to double park cars to accommodate all their guests. The owners/mangers tried to explain that they made every effort to inform their customers that parking was limited. That was a lie. If you consider fine print an effort an effort. We stayed there one night and specifically picked this hotel to use the hot tub. Well after we dealt with the nightmare parking situation we came back to a completely empty hot tub. There was never a clear answer as to why the hot tub was emptied on a Saturday night. At the end of the day they offered nothing more than a free breakfast which was decent but didn’t remedy the situation. To top all this off it was my sons birthday and they showed zero compassion of the situation. I will make sure that my son’s snowboard team avoids this establishment as it is not realistic to host families that require to drive to and from the property.

Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly and offputting, the temperature inside the room you could not control and it was 76 which was way too hot for my family, went down and asked for any help it was almost like we were an inconvenience
