Good place to stay with kids

Great location and clean room that was well designed. The main issue we had was finding the parking entrance due to a temporary shed blocking it. We used the pool which was freezing (55 degrees). That was a little disappointing to us and the family whose young children were turning blue and had chattering teeth.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place in Pasadena. It is situated near many eateries and shopping conveniences that are within walking distance. Not too crowded and felt safe.

The best family hotel in Pasadena. Friendly staffs and a great free breakfast for family. You may walk to the main shopping area and restaurants, just out side of the hotel. 30-40 min driving to famous LA attractions including Universal Studio.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Pasadena, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful oasis after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience at the Hyatt Pasadena was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to offer recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Pasadena, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood and discovering the charm of Pasadena. Another standout feature of the Hyatt Pasadena is the delicious food. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes that cater to all tastes. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the culinary team at the hotel never failed to impress. We stayed for five nights, our room was never cleaned. The room was very clean when we arrived. Food at the bar and free breakfast is not good. For a positive comment hotel was very quiet. Nice and safe if you have kids.

Great family Hotel, easy on the rules

Love the complimentary breakfast and staff were really friendly. I did not enjoy the thin walls. I was also put on the floor where all the HS kids are for some reason. There was some sort of away game, it was loud.

First I’m glad you offering feedback because I had the most horrific experience. 1st they had a strike marching drums yelling at 8:00am regarding unfair wages and they blocked the front door marching in circles for hours. The manager was incredibly rude to customers as to an alternate way out she told people to go through the door the strike was with no safety way out. The worst was the art on the wall was hard to see but later I noticed it was mixed with a young child appearing to be tortured with focus on eyes and bloody mouth and teeth. I was mortified as I noticed eyes at first but because of the blurry art it was hidden on the art but I’m also iM artist so I have attention to detail and I was deviststed I could not sleep or relax and wasn’t sure to call the police I took photos and sent to the manager with no response but I did not want to be charged for this as I could not support what this room or company purchasing this art work and it was in my room and I had a hard time getting my things together to leave I was shaking in shock .. I do want a refund I can’t pay for any child abuse in any form and a message needs to be clear this is not acceptable and I hope this raises concern. Thank you

Room was clean . Staff was friendly . Breakfast was ok. Room lack of amanitas . Soap one small piece for family booked for three people . Not even a laundry bag for dirty clothes。 （ of course there were no slippers or shower cap ， toiletry etc ）
