This hotel was a great option for me and my family. We will stay here over and over and over again. Oh and those warm chocolate cookies are amazing.

The hotel is wonderful. The pool is really nice with the cabanas and towel service. Terrific staff. Our room was right by the elevator and I am a light sleeper so it kept me awake but didn’t bother the rest of my family.

My family and I stay here quite often when doing quick trips to L.A. The staff is friendly and helpful, my kids love the welcome cookies, and the surrounding area has many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. One of the biggest perks is that parking is free.

Check in was amazing. On the app, virtual key, you can't beat it. Starbucks and other food places in the same parking lot, or within walking distance. Unfortunately, there wasn't much else good I can say. We had a room next to the elevator, and you heard the elevator all night. With two babies, it was less than convenient waking them up during the night. Bathroom door, was awful. Sliding door, no lock, and had huge gaps so people you are with can see in. Wasn't a huge deal for me since I'm married, but if it was a different situation it would not be so convenient. Room carpet was damp and sticky. Not sure why. Was not impressed with this Hilton property.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean! The amenities like the gym and pool are well kept. There are several restaurants nearby and a Starbucks right outside. My family will definitely be staying here again!

The only thing I liked was that it was close to my destination. My family and I didn't get sleep. Our room was next to the elevator. They tell you it would be a little noisy, which is a lie. The noise was so terrible that it seemed we were at a construction site. They shouldn't place guests in those rooms. Room 201.….

We've stayed here a few times now and have always enjoyed the cleanliness and hospitality from staff. This last time was disappointing though, we've never gone in the pool and were looking forward to it but when we got there, it was taken over by one single family who was absolutely inconsiderate of 1) how small the pool is 2) sharing it with others 3) the NO diving signage 4) diving right over over our heads and playing with a nerf ball from one end to the other end of the pool, making it absolutely uncomfortable for anyone besides them to be there. The rest of their party was at the jacuzzi, so it left no choice for any of the other guests other than to leave. It would be nice for hotel staff to be alert and handle situations like this so everyone can fully benefit from their stay. Other than this, it was great.

We went to this hotel for the pool. The pool was very clean and nice. It was so peaceful until these 3 kids cane to play in the pool. It’s a nice and ckean hotel. I recommend it !

Second time staying and it’s much improved. Staff at checkin was very nice and my room was overall pleasant and clean. However, the amenities can do with some updating, and the AC was very old and very loud. The walls are also paper thin and even though I requested a quiet room, I could hear children screaming and running up and down the hall.

Pool, fitness center, free breakfast were all closed and unavailable. I picked this hotel to stay with kids because of the pool and breakfast options. The Embassy suites down the road had the pool open and other options. Next time we visit j will pick a different hilton property.
