Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia

This was a nice hotel. We stayed one quick night. If you’re going to the racetrack, this would be an amazing property. Otherwise, there’s not a ton within walking except a park, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing that alone. The hotel is nice, but I’m not sure how they got to 4 stars. It’s clean & nicely decorated, but the beds and everything are just okay. The one major downfall is the pool is tiny! I mean like an oversized hot tub. That was disappointing because this was a rest day during our travels and our kids were wanting to swim. Also, it’s valet only which I really didn’t understand because the parking lot is basically like a courtyard marriott or any basic 3 star hotel, so I didn’t get the reason behind valet only. Having said that, valet was super fast because the car wasn’t far at all. Overall, the hotel was nice & we felt safe, etc., but it’s not luxurious & relaxing like other 4 stars and overall it’s a small property.

Stayed here for 5 nights with family, a new hotel (2 years old) everything was efficient from checking onwards. Staff were very helpful, property is pristine, fridge in room helps, only thing i didn't like was valet parking, there is no other option. overall great hotel and would definitely be using it again.

Our stay as a family of four was great. The customer service was exceptional. On the second day of our stay, we arrived back from Universal Studios late in the evening. We needed access to a microwave, and the front desk sent an entire microwave to our room for convenience. Guest services were amazing, and our check-in and check-out were seamless. We will return during our next visit to Arcadia!

Really easy check in even when we were late after a longggg day at Uni. The girl at front desk was super sweet and valet parker was super patient. And above all family safe

The second night, there was a wedding party there, we were at the second floor room. The music was way too loud for my kids and I to fall asleep. We called the front desk twice. The music was off until Mid night.

We have stayed here numerous times when family is visiting the area. There is always an issue that arises during our stay. This time around, shampoo and tissues were out in the room. Fire alarm went off, which was understandable, however, after I went downstairs with 2 kids who were extremely scared, I did not see any staff in sight to explain what was going on. Finally, after standing around a bit, the maintenance staff member told us that we were allowed to go back to our room.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the classic King for our wedding at Santa Anita racetrack. The hotel is new, clean, friendly staff, great food and drinks (pls try the bar and restaurant!), fast room service, efficient valet. Check in and out was a breeze. The room: nice modern decor w/ LED lights, small table and chair, sitting chair, large flat screen, small fridge, no coffee machine. Nice sized hanging closet. Rooms are on the smaller side and the bathroom door is a barn door style that provides little privacy lol. I feel the hotel was built well as I did not hear neighbors through the walls or walking in the hallway. The doors are quite loud though when closing because of the locking mechanism, so take care to close it slowly. One entire wall is a window which is great for getting ready — very bright and thankfully the black out curtains completely block out the sun. Slept like a baby. Our room was overlooking the parking lot that is under construction. I did not mind, as the view of the sky was beautiful. AMENITIES: The “business center” is two computers up the staircase directly across from the bar, free for if I remember correctly 40 min. Internet speed was fine for web browsing and emailing. Did not use gym but looked nice. There is a small pool in front area. Outside also has large garden area that is great for events — they were setting up another wedding while we were there. Loved our stay, would return. Thank you!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and on the first night the fire alarm went off which shook my family up quite a bit and nobody from the hotel had the decency to inform us about the situation nor did anyone apologize for the inconvenience

Very beautiful hotel. Good for couples. If traveling with a friend or child it won’t work because the bathroom is totally exposed. It was okay because I was with my spouse otherwise I would of had to ask the person to leave. Food in restaurant is good too.
