The pool was beautiful. Unfortunately the party atmosphere seemed to be the priority at this hotel. Cigarette butts at the pool. Unfortunately the rude behaviour of other guests made the environment not as suitable for children.

We stopped as a family of 4 in the Easter holidays, the room was great really big with 2 bathrooms.. The staff were really friendly, the property is close to all things we wanted to see. The pool area was lovely would definitely stay again!!

This is not a good hotel for families. First night air conditioner sounded like a generator. No one slept. First day in Hollywood was ruined. Very uncomfortable beds, pillows. Sirens at night. Hidden fees in everything. Hallways dank smelling. Price was 340.00 a night. We got brunch once and cost 171.00 . Onsite parking was 65.00 a nite. All hidden fees such as California tourism fees and hotel “convince” fees should be listed on your site. This was so outrageously expensive I never would have choosen this had Expedia been more forth coming. Last visit to this part of California and last time we use Expedia.

Fantastic hotel. It is an oasis on the Hollywood Blvd. We booked this because we were able to walk to dining, shopping, metro, and entertainment. No rental car needed. The inside of hotel is very nice and safe. Beware - Hollywood Blvd changes character with families during the day, and a more party scene at night. The night scene can be a little unnerving. However, you completely forget about it when inside the gated hotel grounds. Everything you need is within the safety and comfort provided. Dining, lounges, pool / gym and even a comedy show. Very nice hotel.

A great stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt! Rooms were spotless and well appointed. A wonderful property with a warm pool for swimming with the kids even in December. Lots of on site dining options, and a walk from everything on the main strip. Definitely the best property to stay at on Hollywood blvd!

Very dark interior and room. Could do with better lighting in the rooms. Security requested to see my keycard before allowing me to enter hotel on 4th night of my stay at 10.30am. Never happen to me before. Security shouted at my 5year old not to run in the hotel lobby in front of me and my wife. she ran about 10m towards hotel exit. Floor isnt wet and lobby has no one else around. " hey no running " to a 5 year old child seriously? My family and I feel like we were been scrutinized all the time by the security even on our 6th night. Valet was great, housekeeping staff did a great job. Stayed 6 nights and total regrets. 2Nights for the experience and location will be great. Won't recommend anyone to stay here.

Family had a great time! Property was walkable to all attractions; walk of stars, shopping, wax museum, dining. Property offered family friendly movie night while there which was an added bonus!

Took a California family vacation and we are so happy we stayed at the Roosevelt! Great location, food and the pool was a hit with the kids. Staff was fabulous and recommended some great place to eat. It’s in the middle of all the action and easy to walk to everything. Highly recommend the Roosevelt for the LA experience.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Definitely not a family hotel ran into at least two issues a day either with the elevator or housekeeping it’s near a lot so you definitely have some thing to do and have a lot of options for eating

The Hollywood Roosevelt is pure magic. With so many amenities on site and just outside the property, you will never hear your kids say that they’re bored. Staff is kind and courteous. The entire property oozes old Hollywood glam. Perfect for a girls trip, couples and families. Wasn’t my first stay and won’t be my last.
