This was my second time staying at Hotel Normandie while in CA visiting family. I love everything about the beautiful, historic building! The daily wine tasting in the lobby (free!) was a great way for us to wind down each evening and just take in the beauty surrounding us. I will definitely be staying again!

This was an amazing stay. Our checkin process was easy and the agent was friendly. I had an incident where my child threw up on the bed and they were very quick to take care of the issue by changing the bedsheets. They also have the amenities that I needed right away which were a crib and a microwave! Love that it has a restaurant downstairs and coffee and wine service too. Excellent hotel !

Un/loaded car curbsude in drving rain (No canopy, no staff help,flooded gutters). Offiste "Valet" parking (Very Expensive $40/a day (consisted in walking a block, crossing two very busy streets, to have the attendant drive your car 10-20 yards to the lot driveway. The reverse ritual when you dropped off your car at night. Must use their "service" as no 24 hr on street parking available!, Cassell's only on premises food service (no room service). Under new management, food quality so-so, 8 oz mug of house coffee $5.00. Fresh sheets every night for their tired lumppy mattresses, Bathroom cleanliness good. Traffic noise at night bothersome. Also very poor sound proofing form footsteps from room above (4th Floot) ;non existant-no rug? Stayed 6 nights over Christmas,to spend with son's family near-by. (Hancock Park) Doubt we would do it abain.

This was a great value in Korea Town, LA. The rooms are small but very comfortable. There are also many great dining options with a block or two, Gina, this hotel had a surprisingly good hamburger restaurant. After 3 days of Asian food, the family was very happy with this option. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return.
