Aventura Hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I very much appreciate the affordability; my child and myself were going to Universal Studios and it wasn't too far off. I had no expectations on what the lobby looked like but I was very surpised in how clean and kept it was. The staff were very respectful and courtesy. The parking area was underneath the building with an elevator to the main floors. Thank you for that. However, by the looks of the surrounding area you may feel a bit uncomfortable but trust me; it was well worth it. The rooms weren't overly large they were just typically average in size. The walls were thin, we could hear the the people above us walking and the people next door talking. We could hear LA's night life, which is okay with me but some may not be. The bathroom was very large to me and it was clean. I'd rate my entire stay 8.5.

My stay at Aventura Hotel was great! Easy check in, low deposit, and I love how the staff are very aware about what's going on at the hotel so safety is a plus. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Location was close enough to family and friends. I'm glad the TV works in the rooms as well as wifi. Most places one or the other does not work. LoL. Rooms are really nice and clean. Overall this hotel is a 9.5/10 in my book and would recommend it to anyone staying in LA.

Also, we had to leave unexpectedly cut our vacation short because of weather and we’re told to get out because of flooding or we probably wouldn’t make it talk to management and they said that they would refund us when I went to the desk. I got different advice and never would refund me my money very unhappy, just trying to keep my family safe . They didn’t seem to care.

Very pleasant stay. Stayed 2 nights with my kid and everything was great.

It was a pleasant stay overall. Room was simple and comfortable, a bit dated. Walls were extremely thin since I could hear my neighbors. Lucky for me they were all family members. I missed not having a standard coffee pot rather than espresso, and also would of liked a microwave.

We used a room with a kitchen because we had a child. The facilities were very neat and practical. If I visit LA again next time, I plan to use this place.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Close to a lot of places. 25mins away from Universal’s and about 45mins away from Disneyland. Griffith Observatory isn’t too far away either and a lot of restaurants and/or bobo tea places. If you’re a k-pop stan and likes to shop albums in person. Choice Music LA isn’t too far away. This hotel has always been my go-to hotel and they haven’t disappointed me or my family.
