We had a great time, booked two connecting rooms for our family of six. Zero complaints nice breakfast, clean room, indoor pool, wonderful staff. We’ll stop in here again next trip to LA.

The soundproofing was minimal between floors and we could hear the children galloping around on the floor directly above us. Thankfully, they went to bed at about 9:30. The reception was indifferent but the staff at the bar area were friendly. The room itself felt a little like a concrete block. Bathroom was great but could have used a vanity mirror.

Got a remodeled room and it was great! Mini fridge, beds comfortable, bathrooms very nice, overall like the remodel for the rooms Great for family Free parking a plus plus Front desk needs remodeling but maybe in due time

Property was great. Made reservations for 3 adults and a baby, the room had a king bed and a couch, however the couch did NOT pullout into a bed. Had to request a pay for a roll away. Room key card at first would not let us into the back entrance at first when checking in. Room had no hair dryer, had to go to front desk and ask them to find one. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and ckean

Our stay was just one night but excellent. The bathtub needs a mat or grippers because it's a little slippery for our kids, but we just used a pool towel. Check in and out was easy and we enjoyed the free breakfast option, though Black Bear Diner is close and also delicious.

Hotel was clean & nice. Free breakfast & parking. Just little pricey for the location, but I booked it last minute so no complaints. They need to change TV to a smart one & add some kids channel too. That was missing.
