Comfort Inn & Suites Van Buren - Fort Smith

Overal wpuld stay again if i was passing through. Our toilet ran most of the night until we shut the water off. We didnt report right away but was annoying. Thre was only a very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and they weren't filled up all the way. Fridge worked wonderful. Bed was confortable and room was very clean. Only had one elevator and had tons of water from kids going up and down to the pool.

We have always stayed here when visiting family. The service has always been excellent. Sadly the place is beginning to show it's age. The carpet has stains in many places. Our room this time, had a wall that looks like they tried to paint a few marks or whatever on the wall. The paint didn't match well and was very noticeable. The beds are getting lumpy, also. However, I would continue to stay here in the future.

Very unhappy with my (non) stay. I was dismayed to find that the hotel was overrun by un-controlled children. I realize this was not the fault of the hotel; however, they should have informed the adults responsible for the children that they needed to control them. The yelling, running in the corridors, and banging on the doors of random guests (including myself) is entirely unacceptable. And the staff should have willingly refunded the full cost of my stay, seeing how I was only there for about an hour. Furthermore, if you happen to be the parent of one of these kids, shame on you. I have kids, and they have been taught to be quiet and respectful when staying in a hotel. But they won't ever stay at this one.

It was okay, the tv didn’t work so they moved us to a new room. The new room smelled a lot better than other room. I liked the breakfast but my kids both said it made their stomachs hurt. Nice size restroom.
