Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention

I checked in at the same time as a family member did. The lady he got was nice and friendly. However, my front desk lady was sour and only spoke for what she needed. I asked about the happy hour and she said 5-7 , 2 drinks. The next lady after me received a getting and explanation of the amenities. I found it rude.

Kids running a muck through the halls, playimg with elevators, riding on luggage carts, no parental supervision. Multiple baseball teams were at hotel and just allowed kids to run wild!

Property is clean as was my room, but it smelled of mildew. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean but the floors get super slick which could be dangerous. I saw a few people slip as they walked in. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel & included an omelet bar where a chef cooks it fresh. Lots of food options for kids & adults. Will be back next time I’m in town. Only issue is that it’s impossible to get them to answer the phone because the ringer is kept off it seems.

Attended a Comic Con with my child at the location and having a room to break up the day and spend the night made the overall experience better. Hotel was fantastic in everything they did and offered.

Great staff. The property is just dated. The rooms need renovations/redecorating. Toilet backed up (fixed within 30 minutes), rooms are a little dark, carpet/wallpaper are dated, caulking is moldy, ceiling has water damage, TVs are too small and very dark making them hard to watch. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was uncomfortable according to kids. Breakfast was solid.

Definitely not what you expect from such an expensive hotel. The pool and hot tub are run down and filthy. The beds are uncomfortable. The sinks and shower back up and leave you standing in water. The air in our room didnt work. It would not get below 73 no matter what we did, but we didn't want to wake the kids to have someone look at it or move rooms so we just slept in the heat. When we went to the bar, we were told we missed our free drinks that we were supposed to be told about at check in - but was never mentioned to us. The breakfast buffet was nice, but didnt start till 7am so we were super rushed to get to our wrestling tournament after eating. I've never seen breakfast start so late anywhere we have stayed. Overall, I would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Brkfst is awesome. Great room to visit for family to have meal and lounge together. Bathrooms need upgrades

Property was clean and family friendly. Cannot beat the location.

We only had two bath towels in our room for a family of 5. We called and requested more and they never arrived
