Was a great quick trip. My wife, three kids, and I came to town for a concert. We were really only in the hotel to sleep, but it was really nice, comfortable, and clean.

Neither phone I. The room worked Upgrade was really nice No curtain on the small corner window and street light shined in. Fixed with couch cushion and pillow Food was good Only one towel in bathroom had to ask for another one Bathroom door did not lock. Lock on wrong Kitchen very nice no towels. A only 2 very small trash cans They didn’t not service our room to dump trash Party room was nice also for a family get together Over all great place.

The hotel had plumbing issues and moved us to a sister hotel. We were staying with our baseball teams families. I paid for 2 queen beds with sofa pull out. We were moved to a single queen room with a sofa pullout. I wasn’t compensated for a smaller room, no swimming pool, and wasn’t willing to find us another hotel compatible. All they said was they hated they had plumbing issues and sorry I felt it was an issue.

The front desk staff was absolutely the best. We had several kids and they were very patient with all of us. We enjoyed our stay. The mattresses were the best we have ever had in a hotel.

Overall very nice but TV in main bedroom did not work and the attendant who came and saw it in Saturday night, said he only works Saturday's and couldn't help but would tell the desk. Would have been ok, but it was a family trip with the kids.
