Holiday Inn Little Rock-Airport-Conference Center, an IHG Hotel

Hotel convenience is not great as you have to walk very far to find your room and it is not all handicap accessible. Elevator had water and smelled like marijuana. Hotel smelled musty and like smoke. Toilet seat needed replaced. Bathtub had damage (I would not sit in it to bath not allow my children to). Front desk staff was nice when greeted but took a personal call on her Bluetooth and stopped giving direction to where to park or find our room as there are several entrances and north and south elevators. There were stains on our blankets and sheets. The headboards were garbage. They were all vinyl upholstered but had scratches all over them. Room and environment felt very unclean. Stains on the curtains. Pool had murky water. We did not use it. Restaurant and bar on site but it was closed by the time we checked in at 5pm?!

So from the moment I stepped in I was greeted with smiles and polite professionalism. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the fried potatoes. It conveniently had a nice bar and grill that had extremely good food and the staff in both establishments went out of their way to please me. I checked out on on 9/16/2024 at 2:30 am and the front desk clerk Lanchey was super nice. The cook and the waitress at the breakfast lounge was kind and attentive. I will recommend the establishment to all my friends and family. It was a very relaxing place and I will be returning soon.

My family stayed there to visit family. We checked out on Easter Sun around 930am. OMW to Conway I realized I forgot my firearm in the bedside table. If anyone has ever traveled with children you know how hectic check outs are.I phoned the hotel to let them know that I had left my firearm in the room and was on my way to my family's for Easter could I get it on our way out or if they could retrieve it from the room for me to get later on. They said they could not enter the room knowing a firearm was inside. My firearm was unloaded the magazine was taken out and the slide was cocked back to safety. They phoned me an hour later stating I needed to come get it before they turned my firearm over to the manager and I would not be able to receive it until Monday.I live 6 hours away and worked the next day which is what I told the lady who called me. They would not reason with me to hold off on cleaning that particular room until I could get back to get it I was told a manger would be contacting me but never heard back My family and I had to leave our families Easter to go back to the hotel I return to the hotel and they had my firearm in a plastic bag after being told they could not touch my firearm they went and took it out of that bedside drawer and the lady at the front desk was talking under her breath stating I shouldnt have been allowed to get my firearm back today. I was handed my gun in a plastic bag and was told I couldnt look in the bag I looked to see it was all there

Front desk staff was super helpful meeting requests and very service oriented. Took care of a lost hat, arranged for key for our family. Cool property with a nice restaurant in the lobby so meal was easy and convenient after a long drive.

If I could give negative stars I would. I booked 2 double beds for my family of 4. They gave us 1 double. My husband first went downstairs to ask for the room we booked and she said sorry we don’t have any rooms left. So then I went down and asked what they could do. Was there a different room with a couch at least. After pleading with them for 30 minutes she gave me keys to a different room. She said i had to change this room out earlier. So we tried that one. It was not cleaned. When we asked her to clean the room she said if the covers aren’t removed then it’s clean to our standards. During this time they gave away our other room and left us with no room for the night. It’s now almost 11pm and I have a toddler with no bed to sleep in. The staff should be fired!

My first time was on my way to a family members funeral, 3/15/23. During that stay, the room had one bath towel (even though I booked for 2 people and had 2 beds). I coughed it up to a mistake because I didn’t think the hotel would give a 2 bed/person room one bath towel to share. I later discovered on my second stay, the one towel per room is not a mistake because my second stay had the same one towel per room. This is a cheap, inconvenient, hotel policy Also, maid service was knocking on my door at 8am to clean the room even though check out is at 12p. Lastly, there was an open used condom in the lobby on the floor next to the front desk when I checked in. I almost didn’t stay but you have a no-cancel policy and it was late.
