The man at the checkout counter made me feel bad because he threatened that if I had anyone else in the room that wasn’t listed as a guest then I would be kicked out without a refund. I gave him no reason to think someone extra would be in our room. No one extra was with my family. My sister-in-law checked in right after me and he didn’t say anything like that to her. The rest of the stay was fine. The breakfast was good and Vanessa was awesome. She was very friendly and kept the buffet stocked with hot food.

The property was conveniently located off the interstate and across from 2 restaurants. The kids loved the indoor pool! Vanessa was very friendly and accommodating during the breakfast hours.

It was clean place to stay and staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was not working and very cold to be inside. Only one trash can in room. Had another family try to enter our room in the middle of the night, when I opened the door they let me know that they was also given our room. I was there with my grandkids and without my husband so it scared me when they tried to open the door. Besides that the police was there earlier in the day when we checked in and we could hear an upset person yelling.

Half the lights in the room don’t work. The exterior window wall with the AC unit leaks. The carpet is soaked along that entire wall and 3 foot into the room. The curtains that cover the front windows don’t even come close to covering the full window. So there are privacy concerns. No drain plug in the bathtub so bathing our child was harder than it should have been. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Will not come back here.

This was my second time staying here in two weeks. The staff is so friendly and accommodating .So very close to the airport. I will definitejy stay there again when I visit my family .

The workout room was in disarray. Carpets could use a cleaning. The staff was exceptional. We have stayed here several times on our way to family in Texas.

The front desk clerk said the new owners are remodeling, but no one has communicated which rooms are under construction. The lady in front of me was at the desk for her third room in hopes of finding one usable. Took 15 minutes to get checked in behind her and another family that needed a room not under construction. They also were low on supplies and rationing hand soap and cups. Room was fine, but will probably stay elsewhere next time.
