The staff here was great. Ms. Daphny was great! The lady at the front desk switched my room 3 times due to issues with the first two, and that is a hotel that cares about customers. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again! My kids loved it!

Needs renovation. Breakfast was very limited in selection nothing like the pics and not very good. There is no bar like description. Pool is terribly small so if there's even a large family with kids it’ll be full with just that family. We had a suite with 4 people and only 1 roll of toilet paper.

the breakfast area was closed due to some type of leak with big swamp fans blowing. they moved the breakfast to a room next to it and it was very poorly put together. the fire alarm went off at 7am and they were unable to get it to turn off for at least 30 min. the elevators went out and they were never able to restore them for at least 2 hours but i dont know for how long exactly as i had to go up and down 6 stories of stairs to get my family out of there with all our luggage.

When we returned from dinner around 8:30 pm, the hotel had locked us out. Another group that was just arriving to check in was also locked out. The phone app that was supposed to allow me in did not work. The doors had been locked to forbid anyone from entering. No one answered the phone, either. Banging on the doors did not bring anyone over. A small child could be seen inside the lobby seeking to communicate with an unseen adult, presumably the person in charge of the front desk. A member of the party who had previously checked in had to run around the building and access the back parking garage using the physical key card. Then ran through to the front of the hotel to let us in. It is a very bad look for the hotel.

We stayed for just one night while traveling through the area. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but a few things were slightly disappointing. Both beds were squeaky, even when just getting in and out, which was a concern with a sleeping infant. Also, the mini fridge was switched off when we arrived and at room temperature, which was a minor issue as I had items that needed to be refrigerated quickly. I thought it was a little odd that there was no shampoo in the bathroom, but not a big deal as we had brought our own. The staff members we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful and we were overall pleased with the continental breakfast options.

First of all, we checked into the hotel room went up to our room and upon entering the room there was a plunger and towels on the bathroom floor around the toilet there were beds that were unmade. This is awful to arrive and go to your hotel room with all of your family and all of your stuff to find this. And then when we got switched to a different hotel room the carpet was dirty the room smelled the tile and grout was cracking. it was just so disgusting I do not know how this hotel rated an 8.6 or fabulous. I would never ever stay here again nor suggest anyone do the same.

Good for a quick stay. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling with small children. Customer service was implemented well.
