College kids in the room next to me and kept me up all night. Other college kids running up and down screaming until 1:30 am in the hall. Coffee maker broken, refrigerator was broken and toliet overflowed.

Great place to stay. Affordable and good breakfast. Nice gym and the kids had fun in the pool for hours! Will stay again!

This is a relatively new property and it felt new and squeaky clean. It is located close to our family; very convenient; close to good restaurant's. (Chey's was a big treat). Parking was ideal; pool was clean and inviting and the free breakfast looked yummy, however, we joined family for this meal each day.

There were NO washrags or hand towels in the room or when I went to the desk to ask. They were either all dirty or all in the dryer for 2 days. The inside of the shower curtain was disgusting. And to my surprise, the water in the shower got so hot it burned my foot when I stepped in. I love a good hot shower, but it literally felt like boiling water. Could be very dangerous for a child showering by themselves!!

We planned to find a hotel with a pool. This pool was closed and unfortunately I stayed one night. I had to find another hotel last minute. We had the family so it was frustrating.

I was told by the lady at the front desk that the lobby bathroom was not working while we were visiting with my friend in the lounge that same lady went in there and used the bathroom and when was asked, she said she didn't want to clean it up after everyone used it. There was a young child there with us and it was an awful experience with her. That employee just laughed and said welcome to the real-world kid.

I called directly in advanced to make sure they had a heated indoor pool open before booking was told yes...they do have one but the heaters out ! I couldve found another or syayed some where else .! The evening n night shift staff were wonderful! However, the day tine sraff was never at thd desk or out by the front doors smoking ! I spoke to the lady about the pool not working after I had called ..she said im new idk n then the manager told me the heaterscwere out n sorry ! We had children excited n ready to swim n it was freezing ! They should have compensated us for this or at the very least preteneded to care ! The breakfast was gross the lady in the kitchen hollering at people frim another room to turn the waffle iron when it beeped was annoying .. NEVER AGAIN !
