Graduate Fayetteville

We had 4 rooms for a wedding, plus the couple who got married. Married couple got back to a room that was very hot, even after being noticed at 11pm and turned on. When couple arrived a little after 2am, it was very hot. They tried to sleep and finally left by 9am and went back to their on home to shower and get ready to go be with family. Did not even use the shower, knowing it would make it even hotter. Another room had the king size bed only 2 foot off the ground that sunk in when on it, making it difficult to get out of. Lobby was very warm with it only 82 degrees out side, so happy it was not a high 90 day which is normal for late July. Also notes put on the reservation were ignored. First come, first served. Evening though check in time is not till 4pm. Not pleased with the service from the front desk either, did not matter with info I had put for the reservation.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were so pleasant & kids loved the pool.

I love staying on the Hill in the heart of Fayetteville. The decor is fun and the lobby and bar area is a great place to linger and visit. However, once the elevator doors opened on the floor where I stayed I was hit with the smell of mildew and mold. The room itself was somewhat better, but covered by strong deodorizing spray of some type. There was also an adjoining door in my room and I heard entire conversations taking place in the room next door. Sounds like they enjoyed the wedding but could use some family counseling. ;) I will stay again but will be better prepared and know what to ask for; no adjoining room, mini-frig in room and will take Benadryl.

The location is the key here and that is why we will come back. close to what is happening in Fayetteville so you can leave your car to go shopping and dining and go to sporting events. Just need to go see you kids (for us). As of now it is not well maintained, AC is LOAD, no coffee maker in room, cups are plastic, shower head falling down, ice machine running all day. Rooms are dirty had we been there for a football game and paid $300-400 i would have been PO. Not good for Fayetteville and this is suppose to be best hotel in town. Need to step up. Wonder if the other Graduate hotels have same problem? Jesper, Hot Springs, AR

My go-to when visiting family in this area - and any other city with Graduate Hotel. They are all top-notch!
