This is my favorite hotel when I’m in NWA, so to give it less than perfect is tough. Unfortunately, there were some hiccups this time. TV not working and when I reported it, I basically got a shrug…like oh well! No offer to change rooms or anything. There were lightbulbs out in bedside lights. Barking dogs and screaming kids after midnight. Maybe things will improve.

We needed the two room suites for our party of 7, and they accommodated us by putting them next door. Very handy with kids!

The hotel stay was very nice. We tried direct booking with the hotel because family members were staying there for a college graduation. The hotel said no rooms were available. One family member said reservations were recently obtained using Expedia. We used Expedia and were able to instantly get the room we wanted. I highly recommend both Expedia and this hotel.
