Home2 Suites by Hilton Conway

Our family of 5, were traveling to Oklahoma from Georgia and Conway, AR Home2Suites was a really good stopping to rest point for our trip. The location is ideal since it is easy to find, right off the highway. Check-in was easy and swift. The staff were cordial and friendly. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was a decent size and fairly roomy, with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. We brought food back to our room and there was a nice long dining table that slides out from under the cabinet area, which was wonderful for dining in room. There was a tall skinny fridge and plates and utensils for dining also. The beds were pretty comfortable. In the morning, we had the hotel free breakfast , that had a good selection of premade breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cereal, coffee and juices. Overall, our stay was lovely. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Conway, Arkansas.

I always check the reviews before I decide where to stay and this place had 9.2 over 10. It was a terrible experience for us. If I had had some extra money, Id have just left but I had to stay. The only thing positive about this place was the front office staff. They were kind and helpful. Other than that, I have nothing good to say. It wasn’t clean. The carpet, the sofa, the sheets.. I didn’t sit on the sofa as it looked that dirty. I wanted my kids to rest and I was getting them ready, one of them said there was hair in the bed 😡 I had some sheets in my car, so I used them. I didn’t want to ask for another one from the front office as I wasn’t sure how clean that would be. I didn’t even want to use anything that was on the bed, asked for 4 extra blankets and they said we could only get 2 and we needed to go downstairs as she was the only one working at the moment. Then, she changed her mind and brought herself. The room had a sink, some forks and spoons and such stuff but they didn’t look clean either. The hotel has a pool but the water looked so greenish. I was planning on taking my kids at some point but, of course, I didn’t. Overall, this was a terrible experience for us. I think this hotel is very much overrated. The rate and the reviews misguided me.

Such a wonderful, nice and helpful staff. Your staff really makes your hotel. everything is nice, but what made it excellent was how nice your staff is. People like Zoe and the rest of your staff made our stay a great one that we will repeat when we visit our family again

It was a very nice facility but very noisy kids running halls. Beds very uncomfortable.

The hotel was good enough but just a little off. Missing just the little things that make a stay convenient. No hot breakfast that day...just mediocre grab and go boxes. The parking situation is strange in that all parking is at the back of the hotel while the entrance and the only elevators are at the front. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was so heavy that all three of my high school to grade school aged children could not open or close it without adult assistance. It was good enough for a one night stay but we were glad it was just that and no more.
