Overall this is a fine stay for the price, However was disappointed with the pool being out of service since the primary reason this venue was selected was to have pool time with my grandchildren, also disappointed that hot tub showing in the pictures on the website had been taken out. The hall light fixture near my room was dusty and cobwebs all over it. The room however was clean, linens and bed were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was above average for standard breakfast.

The property is a family favorite and we enjoy staying every time we need a get away. Room is always clean, and the breakfast is good. The bathroom this time was a not well looked after but didnt bother us too much.

Nice Hotel and great staff. Don’t book with Expedia. Expedia has descriptions wrong for if they have a sofa bed or not. We got to the hotel and got our room key to find out it was only two queens without a sofa bed. Expedia customer service tried to argue with me that they had the correct description when they didn’t. Staff at hotel said this has happened before. After 15 minutes late at night with kids, finally got it corrected so we could get in bed. The hotel owner should get on the phone to correct this with Expedia.

I came in for my sons birthday and everything was great. No issues with check in or anything. The next morning after breakfast my wife took the kids to the pool and my daughter (5) was swimming and the manager came out and told us to get the hell out of the pool because my daughter was in basketball shorts. Once we said well we are going to need towels she came back and said we had 10 minutes to leave or she was calling the cops. We told her to call the cops and two enforcement officers showed up. They removed us from premises early and gave us trespassing misdemeanors. Both my wife and I just for my child swimming. This is crazy. I’ve never had this type of experience before. The morning manager was rude and cussed us up and down and it was unacceptable and unnecessary. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Never will be back and will tell everyone to never go back to this establishment especially if you have children.

The property looks so nice and clean from outside. But in the room we stayed with our family, the toilet has no exhaust fan or any window. Thats really disappointing for the money you pay for your stay.

Easy to get to and from the college, shopping and dining close by. Clean. Fairly quite - lots of kids there that week but they were fairly well-behaved.

Was roux at check in. Asked if I could check in early because of a game at 3 and they said no not until 3 but they let others check in early. Room was to small for 6 guest’s. Room only slept 4 so I did not get the room I booked. When confronted them about the room mishap they said nothing we can do. So some of my family had to sleep in the dirty ground

This was the one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My husband and I along with our 3 kids(10,9,&5) stayed in a double queen suite and were very comfortable!! Very comfy beds and lots of room!! Very much worth the money...will definitely stay here again in future!!

We go there frequently when visiting family. This year was the worst. Refrigerator was broken after moving to 3 rooms. Room was dirty. Bathroom was very dirty with hair on floor and tub. Urine on floor. Probably wont go back.
