Hampton Inn & Suites Conway

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk employee, Jessica, gave some of the best service ever. She was so kind and helpful. She made the stay memorable for me and my family

This hotel is the best. My Grandkids ages 5,6, and 10 loved it. So much space and the breakfast was excellent.

The property was clean and the assistant manager was very helpful. We had a connection issue with our tv streaming service and they had someone up to fix it within minutes. The only thing this location was missing is a hot tub in the pool area. We would recommend this location to friends and family.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in a long time. There were no off odors/cover up spray scents lingering in the air upon arrival to our room. The only spot of mold I could locate in the bathroom was a small pink spot in the corner that could not be removed with any physical contact and could have just been a stain from someone else's bath products. The bed was very comfortable considering we prefer our Tempurpedic mattress & trips usually have us longing for our own bed. The hotel was quite full & it appeared to be hosting numerous guest that were in the area for a baseball tournament. I still didn't hear any kids running through halls or slamming doors during the night nor did we really hear the highway traffic that was just a few blocks away. The only down side that I can even come close to finding is that about 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast, I arrived to find there was very little available to eat & was not restocked, except for the coffee in the lobby was replenished. This was disappointing, but since I wasn't an early bird or super hungry, its not a deal breaker for me. I believe that the hordes of teenage boys that had risen way earlier than me had basically wiped out that days breakfast & the staff looked exhausted from trying to keep up with the demand. Hollow legs/teenage boys can clean out a kitchen in a heartbeat! LOL! All that being said, I would definitely recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again.

The overall property was very nice and the staff very friendly. The difficulty came when we checked in found a dirty baby diaper in the floor of our closet. I will definitely stay at Hampton Inn and Suites but probably not this location,
