Came with babies and they let me check in an hour early super friendly!

When I arrived, I had a second floor room with a very nice and comfy bed and it smelled clean. I went to the front desk when my husband arrived because he had our family dog with him. I went to let the front desk know. She then told me I had to switch rooms and come to the first floor since we had our dog! The room stunk to high heaven, smelled like cat urine and the bed was extremely old and extremely uncomfortable. I woke up at 4 am and could not stay laying in the bed. I was hurting something fierce. I am asking for a full refund! A hotel should NEVER, make a guest switch accommodations for having a pet. Either they are a pet friendly location or they are not . That is simple. This was wrong on so many levels and I will be posting this exact review on every outlet I can. I will probably contact the local news over it. I’m appalled at this treatment.
