Fairfield Inn & Suites Little Rock Benton

We stayed here on a family trip and the location was very convenient for us. The room was very comfortable, the shower was great. Check in was very quick and ALL of the staff members were very friendly on all shifts (front desk, kitchen, house keeping). Often overlooked, but there was citrus infused water in the lobby, which is a small addition that I love. The only negative I can comment on is that the couch in our room had stains on it, which we used a spare sheet to cover it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Property is clean, relatively new, and the staff was very friendly. However, there are several things we did not like about our stay. Marriott properties now only service rooms once every three days. And while I could rant quite a bit about that, my problem with this property is that when we asked for service we were refused. I can understand that if it was just one or two people in the room, once every three days is fine, but when you have 4 people, including kids, sometimes you just need service. The rooms come with minimum amount of towels and it's nearly impossible for 4 people to keep track of which towels are theirs, especially considering there are only two hooks. And when your kid spills chips on the floor, you don't have access to a vacuum to clean it up yourself. There are just times when we should be able to request service. Furthermore, we found the business center to be almost useless because the computers run Linux instead of Windows and also don't have MS Word. Lastly, the rooms have plumbing issues. We had two rooms and in both rooms the faucets leaked and the shower handles were extremely loose. We were also at breakfast and heard another couple informing the staff as they checked out that their sink dripped. The staff was really nice though and the location was excellent.

Very clean and comfy. The great bedding, pillows, and linens you expect from Marriott. It was a great size room with the added bonus of high ceilings and a small wet bar. My kids really enjoyed the television that was installed in the restroom, lol! Breakfast was great with the option of waffles and a comfortable dining space. Would definitely stay there again.

The room "tired"looking with dirty carpet and a chair that we were afraid to seat. One of the days they did not "make up" our room and w had to call several times to get fresh towels. The noise was terrible with 7 children running around in the room and hall way above us.Marriott should be ashamed to be associated with this property.
