Well....we were put on the 2nd floor next to the elevator and it was quite annoying sometimes because we could hear the elevators every time it was operating. Maybe because this property is a pet friendly place, the corner floor of our room smelled like pee a bit. The back of the rolling chair had scratches on them. There was this family that came to the pool at night when I had my 3 young kids with me and their older kids were being rude and obnoxious. Cussing left and right. Throwing the circle rescue floatation device that was tied to a rope multiple times into the pool just for fun. Their parents didn't care what they were doing. So my kids and I left. I'd say my stay here was kinda average.

Joey was great as we were checking in, very friendly and great small conversation as he got our room keys done. There was a big wet area as we walked into our room, it didn't harm anything just slightly odd it was there. Breakfast was great lots of options for the kids and no one left without something to eat.

I love this hotel. The staff are always friendly and I always receive guest ready rooms. My kids and I love the breakfast bar and the snacks are always stocked and ready

My daughter was having her baby and it was a very long labor for her so i didnt get to use the room much but it was absolutely clean, spacious and all the comforts of home. Love the location too

Great location, great for families friendly staff would stay again. Only minor issue would be that there are not enough luggage carts for everyone who wants them

We got married on Leap Day in P.V. and following the ceremony we wanted a close room for the first night before we embarked on the official honeymoon. The Hampton Inn & Suites fit the bill to a "T". Thank goodness we had a bit to drink because the mattress was unfortunately uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was quite nice and all of the family was able to get together one last time before we each went our separate ways.
