The staff was friendly as well as efficient. We made use of the indoor pool and the kids had a fun time!

Easy check in, they granted my first floor and ealy check in requests. Nice pool area,a little store to shop at for snacks. We love the hot breakfast. As always *be aware* I had an guy keep looking at my kids and I. At breakfast.The night before I had someone waiting in front of my door until my mom walked out.

My kids had and I loved that the room was very clean and they especially loved how spacious the bathroom and the room was! Breakfast in the morning was their favorite especially since they absolutely loved the pancake maker!

Love this place, my husband and my family do a lot of little weekend trips and this place literally has everything from an easy to use cart for the luggage to the most amazing staff. We have stayed at a lot of places here in Prescott, and this one is by far my favorite. It has too many great things to even list best! I will say they seem to always be improving. If I had to suggest one thing, it would just be to get a better mattress for the sleeper sofa. The main beds are super comfy!!

Our family loves this Holiday Inn Express. This is our second time staying and we will continue to choose this Holiday Inn. The rooms and bathroom are clean, which is a BIG thing for me. The beds are comfortable and we always sleep well. The continental breakfast is great with a very nice variety. Downtown is a short drive away with more to be enjoyed!

We have a very pleasant stay the room was nice and spacious with a king sized bed and everything we needed inside. The sheets smelled and looked very clean. The noise level was a little rough but we managed, people just need to learn to control their children. But indoor pool/jacuzzi was cool. And so many options for breakfast!!!! Worth the stay!
