Hampton Inn Prescott

Very clean and comfortable. Exceeded my family and I expectations. Will definitely Book again!

Pet friendly The room was clean and spacious the facility and the entire hotel was super clean. The staff was super friendly. They had complementary breakfast in the morning coffee and fresh baked cookies For the kids The pool was super fun. Our kids really enjoyed it. It was a great weekend away. Would definitely book again

After we had checked in and gotten our kids in bed, we realized the carpet by the AC/window was soaking wet. We called front desk who offered to move us to another room, but our kids were already in bed, so we thought it would be ok. Without AC, it was miserably hot. Service, breakfast, and pool were amazing and perfect for our needs!

The room is very lovely. Rarely do you get a room precisely as shown in the pictures on the booking sites, it exceeded my expectations. After a long, rainy, snowy car ride from Hover Dam, we can settle in nicely for the night. Our fur baby is also satisfied and comfortable. Although! we have very little time tomorrow before checkout, we look forward to spending a short time in their indoor pool and enjoying breakfast before heading home. Thank you, Hampton Inn staff. Now, we know where to stay whenever we revisit Prescott. Thanks again!

Overall the hotel was great. The lady who checked my in and the guy who checked me out were super friendly. My daughter loved the "fresh baked cookies" in the evening, and my wife and daughter enjoyed the breakfast very much. The pool was clean (though brace yourself for the humidity), outside was relatively well kept and clean. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was modern and spacious, and there wasn't *too* much hallways noise at night. The hallways noise was families though, and that is of course much preferred to crazy couples fighting etc. The area around the hotel is safe, the mall is walking distance, along with some decent restaurants (be warned the Prescott Mall is a mall in name only, but still a decent place to kill time). Only two VERY minor complaints. The elevator runs slow but still seems safe. You can tell from the front desk staff who cares about their guests and who is there for a paycheck. The younger lady who checked us in on Friday could go to any hotel in the world and succeed because she really made us feel at home. You could absolutely tell she genuinely cared about service. The other front desk staff were not bad, and their service was definitely up to par, but it was clear that if there was an issue who we could count on to go the extra mile to make it right, and who we'd dread talking to. That being said, there were NO issues, and I had several conversations with other guests about how wonderful the hotel is. Highly recommend!

Very noisy family next door,

My family of 6 stayed for 1 night in a suite for an affordable price ! Let me just say it was amazing . Our room was huge and clean and just beautiful! The pool was beautiful and clean and super kid friendly. The chemicals were strong and burned our eyes but understandable due to kid urine and such . And it closed super late giving us time to explore during the day and swim at night ! You get breakfast included and it was really good , it was like buffet style and it was super fresh and clean . The staff was constantly restocking and cleaning around the food . The staff was so incredibly nice and asking for extra blankets and a crib they were so nice and don’t give problems at all . The kitchen staff was so willing to help ! Only place we are staying when we come to Prescott . We don’t even want to look anywhere else . And it’s a nice beautiful drive to The hotel from whiskey row . About 12 minutes away but you get a beautiful view .

My kids were so excited to see the pool! Great customer service and super clean rooms.
