Trina and Josh were both awesome. Room was cool and clean. Pool area was great. Happy Hour was good - Audrina was a great bartender and circled the pool checking on guests. Only problem were the guests with small kids treated the pool like their backyard. They drove couples and older people away. Who brings two or three blow up rafts to a hotel pool??? If you could time the pool with no kids it was great.

Ronald at the front desk was very friendly and kind. The courtyard/patio areas were really nice and comfortable, beautiful landscaping. The weekday breakfast was good, very tasty, but repeated too often. The suite provided ample space for a family of five. But there were several areas that could be improved. The carpet in our living room definitely needed to be cleaned, there were large dark stains over several areas. The toilets were very low and in the master bedroom the toilet was wobbly, not sealed to the floor. Just overall, the property could use some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and would return as well as refer others.

This hotel is wonderful. I called ahead and asked for an early check in. Ronald said no problem. We arrived Ronald was at the desk and we checked in at noon…amazing! It was the last day of our vacation and we were able to spend it at the beautiful pool. We ordered a beverage and a pizza at the bar and ate it at the pool. The woman at the bar was lovely. We had a suite with a kitchen…everything was great! There were two complimentary teddy bears on each bed…what a cute touch…our grandkids will love them. Right through the parking lot is a mall with restaurants and stores…2 minute walk. They have a complimentary happy hour and breakfast available. We loved our stay.

Breakfast each morning was great. Would have been nice to have some variety each day. Staff very friendly. We liked our 2 room setup but the carper seemed very dirty so we put a blanket on the floor for our infant to crawl on. Pool was very nice but spa was closed due to maintenance. Overall happy with our stay.

Great family trip, staff were amazing. Hotel is older but recently renovated. It had everything you need and would recommend for all kinds of trips.

The man who checked us in and managed the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. He even gave the kids little teddy bears! The process was so easy and the happy hour is such a nice touch!

Excellent location, huge rooms or should I say suites!! Staff is super nice and free breakfast and happy hour every day made for a perfect meeting spot with family and friends 3rd visit in 2 years, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Scottsdale
