Holiday Inn Express Hotel Scottsdale North, an IHG Hotel

Stayed while visiting family. The location was perfect. Very quiet stay.

Clean and safe place, pool was nice my kids enjoyed it, breakfast was good, comfortable bed.

I really like this motel very friendly and pet friendly they loved my fur baby. Will stay next time when I have my kidney transplant. I hope I get room 117 again

The first night was fine but the second night teenagers/kids checked in and were on the 2nd floor and you heard running down the hall opening and slamming of doors. This was already past 8:00pm. People are trying to rest and fall asleep. I called to the front office and complained and they said they were going to notify the coaches!! Whatever that is to come up to our floor.... Nothing was ever done!!!!!!

Decent family room with 2 double beds, 1 arm chair, TV (didnt use so dont know how it operates), fridge, table lamps, ward robe hangers iron, and ensuite bathroom, toiletries, tub & privacy curtain. AC was loud and just barely kept the room pleasant (could not be made cooler). We booked for 4 but room was prepped for 2 so we went to get extra towels. Coffee machine in room didn't work (and no tea/kettle option), the bed adjacent to the wall had a protruding bolt which hit the shins every time. Complimentary hot breakfast downstairs was very good (bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, sausages, porridge, cup cakes, juice, tea/coffee etc). Didnt use the pool as there was thunder storm when we checked in and next morning we had to check out by noon and pool was too hot in the sun. Had an elevator. Free on-site self parking. Looked a bit run down in places and could use a little TLC

I would not recommend this Holiday Inn!! We stayed in another one in Scottsdale a couple months back (thought we were returning to the same one because photos of course looked similar) however didn’t cross check address. The other one was Excellent…this one was AWFUL!! Run down, old, poorly maintained, odd and unwelcoming lobby, leaks from the ceiling in the 3rd floor hallway. Toilet ran the entire time. Maintenance was only available at 8am which was too early for our family of all women to allow a man into our room. Housekeeping was SOOO loud outside our door and in the next rooms we could hear their conversation and banter all morning. Never experienced that before where the housekeepers would yell to one another from room to room:/ The late night front desk attendant gave me ATTITUDE when I shared about the toilet running. Breakfast was AWFUL. Bathroom amenities were ODDLY placed and inconvenient (hard to explain just poorly thought out). Toilet paper and tissues were incredibly rough!! Again, did NOT have any of these issues with the other Holiday Inn in the area. Just overall bad experience and would not stay here again or recommend ESPECIALLY for the price at $250 a nite!!! SUCH a shame:/

I enjoyed my time here, we came here for baseball tournament, kids love swimming and fitness center. Breakfast was perfect.

First, we were given the wrong type of room and the receptionist wasn't going to change it because most of everything was already booked. I booked my family 2-3 weeks in advanced. But the other guy stepped up to the plate and changed it for us and made sure we got what I booked..so kudos to him. Everything was good except the shower. It was nothing compared to the pictures I booked the room at. It was tiny and my husband couldn't even close the shower door to shower comfortably...it was that small. I couldn't give my boys a bath or shower because it was too small.
