Very responsive staff, very clean, beautiful resort. Property in need of a little updating but we were told that will be starting soon. Could use a few more kid-friendly menu items but overall a great family vacation spot!

Property landscaping and ambience is beautiful. Bed was comfortable and filtered water dispenser was nice to enjoy on the 3rd floor. For being a “resort” there is no jacuzzi or spa. The pool was mainly children screaming and playing. Made it hard to layout and relax in peace. The restaurant on site was worse than subpar. No turn down service or checking for towels or cleaning services to the room. The whole time we were there, there was giant fans/humidifiers blowing in the halls for some reason… Not to mention, the door to access into the bathroom was stuck behind the toilet and you could not open or close the door because it was stuck by the toilet which made it almost impossible to get in and out of the shower… not to mention, pretty sure it’s a code violation of some kind referencing ADA… for three nights ($1,200) later… I got the sense they mainly cater to hosting events and weddings and do not seem to care about the everyday hotel stay guests visiting the area. Beautiful property, but will not be visiting again or recommending friends.

Food from kitchen west was excellent, room had plenty of space for our family and dogs. When I purchased the stay through hotels.com I was informed resort fees were included, but discovered they were additional at checkout. When I checked in, I was also told the room was covered so additional resort fees were a surprise: I also had to approach the front for a few questions regarding where water was, if there was a microwave, and if there was possibly another gift shop area. The answers I received were a little rude, we were told the water was complimentary so we grabbed it from the fridge and were charged later. We were told there was no microwave or gift shop like I was dumb for asking. We chose to ask the kitchen west staff afterwards regarding certain things at the hotel and they were courteous and professional. Truly appreciate the kitchen west staff.

It is an amazing place to stay with family.

This property was awesome! I only scored a bit of a low score on cleanliness because the vents needed a good wipe down, but the staff was amazing! Brad, with the valet team was amazing. He was kind, and offered guidance as I had my toddler with me and he could tell I was a bit flustered haha. The staff also let us have a late check out because of my sons napping pattern and it was just an overall relaxing and awesome experience! I will definitely return to this property.

Property is older but in good condition. Staff is excellent. Biggest issue is clientele. If you are looking to spend you evenings listening to loud drunk groups having a “boys” weekend, or listening to kids bounce basketballs on the ceiling above you, this place is great.

We were upgraded to a Billiards Suite room and were delighted to have a 5 room suite with a second bathroom as part of our free upgrade. It was perfect for Mother’s Day by the pool for our extended family.
