Stayed one night with family of four. Felt clean and accommodating. Fit our needs just fine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sleeps Inn in Flagstaff, AZ was disappointing. The beds were rock hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, room service entered our room without permission. The worst part was our experience at the pool. We were looking forward to some family fun, but it turned into a disaster. After just 15 minutes in the pool, our eyes were bloodshot, our skin was dry, and all our bathing suits were bleached. Our blue shirts turned purple, and my son’s green swimsuit turned tan. We showed the issue to the front desk, but they insisted the chlorine levels were acceptable. Unfortunately, we had to throw away all our ruined clothing and swimsuits. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and we won’t be returning.

My family and I stayed here for a short trip to see the snow. The hotel was good for what we needed and expected. The hotel is outdated however it was clean. The breakfast was a good for a continental breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The front staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

We just needed a place to sleep in Flagstaff, since we were going to be out and about all day. This place did an excellent job! It’s small but 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young adult children) were able to stay in one room with 2 queen beds very comfortably! The room was clean and the beds and linens were soft. There was free breakfast every morning so that was an unexpected bonus for the low price we got! We would definitely stay here again.

We checked in rather late, front desk employee was very quick with our check in. Parking spaces was limited and very narrow even with a car. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Rooms very welcoming and clean. Shower wasn't so big and water was a little on the colder side around 9am. I'm guessing first come first serve type of deal with hot water. Overall the rooms were nice and served our needs for stay. Breakfast was nice, It included choices of Suasage patties, scrambled eggs, 'do-it-yourself' waffles, oatmeal, variety of pastries, cereal and yogurt. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family. :-)

Everything was nice but we didn’t realize they didn’t have bath tubs or a place to do your laundry. I guess we shouldn’t have assumed it was going to have the same amenities at the one in hurricane, Utah. But knowing this we would have picked a different hotel since we were traveling with babies and needed those types of amenities.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and provided enough variety that even my 2 toddlers were happy. Bathroom only had a shower, which we knew at the time of booking, but it was spacious enough for my larger husband. If you are a very tall person it might be a little confining for you. The rooms were quiet and I didnt hear much coming from the rooms around me. I can only hope my crying toddlers didnt wake anyone up in the middle of the night. There is also a walmart across the street if you need anything. There is an indoor pool and spa as well. The jets on the pool were vigorous and felt good after a long day of playing in the snow.

The front doorway was dirty on the floor. The same dirt was sitting there upon check in and out. The room smelled clean and looked clean. I would recommend this to friends and family. The lady that was working the breakfast area was late and was very very rude to at least 2 people while I sat there.

Stayed here after a day of moving child into college. Very clean and nice. Comfortable bed, roomy shower. Shower could have had hotter water and pressure. Coffee was great the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.
