Check in was a pain, but the hotel was exactly as stated. The front desk guy, Garrett, was a real stink about the check in. The hotel was accidentally placed in a family members name (although paid for by myself). Garrett had us jump through hoops (calling my family at 1 AM) to check in a pre paid reservation. All the while having a terrible attitude.

We didn’t sleep either night we stayed. There was a family above us where the kids were jumping off the beds and stopping their feet most of the night. The first night we called the front desk and they quieted for about 20 min and then started in again. The second night we turned fan apps on on our phones and kept the tv on hit it still didn’t drown out the sound. When we checked out I told the front desk staff and she replied “I know exactly who you are talking about, there are 6 of them.” No offer to comp the room or anything for our troubles.

This was an awesome hotel very clean, comfortable bed love the fireplace super chill vibe, the bathroom was clean. I would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends

Upon enter our room there was vomit!baby spit up on the living room chair. Then the fire alarm went off three times over 48 hrs. Including at 10:30pm and 7am. Thus creating a terrible sleep situation for our 5 year old and ultimately ruining the trip.

Conveniently located near the University and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing, we could hear the people above us stomping around, possibly heavy walkers and kids jumping around.
