Paid for river view in which a bolted down couch facing into the room blocked any type of sitting to enjoy the view. Table for computer was so close yiu could not use that as well unless you are a child

Our stay here was very comfortable and enjoyable. It was in a great location for our New Years Eve festivities. The staff was very hospitable and the property was very clean. The room was spacious and the shower pressure was great. My only wish was for a fridge and microwave. While i believe Mariott thought of everything; i believe you neglected to think of parents who needs to keep infants/toddlers milk cold and food for them needs to be heated. Also, those who have medical needs may need access to those. I hope you all consider adding those to rooms for those reasons. I travel regularly and i always prefer to opt for hotels with microwaves and a fridge. Great job otherwise.

The hotel rents out party rooms on the floors where visitors are staying. Every night there was a party in this room right beside us that last late into the evening. Security had to come multiple times to try and quiet them down. Multiple times the party moved into the hallway. The hotel did nothing to try to correct the situation other than sending security when you called. This is a very inappropriate hotel policy, especially when you are traveling with a family. Would never stay here again.

Our room was right next to the hotel. Pretty noisy all night. No pool which was upsetting for all the kids. Asked for late checkout and the girl said no. Went back and asked again and a gentleman gave us two extra hours 🙌 The room was very clean and the beds were lovely.

I checked in from my room because we would be arriving late. We were assigned room 1201 according to the app. We got a physical key card we we arrived to room 1201. However, when we unlocked the door it had the safety door guard engaged, meaning someone was already in the room. It was my son and family who had arrived the night before and been given the same room I was given the next day. The room was not reserved in my son’s name, which might explain the confusion. It was reserved in his father in law’s name. Can you explain how this happened?? We were assigned a different room, so it turned out ok, but it was a bizarre experience.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Moved us from 6th to 26th floor so children could see more of the city. Restaurant was amazing!

Elnora in the restaurant was absolutely charming and made my family and me feel like we were home!
