Loved this location right by the Space and Rocket Center (over where Landry’s used to be, for those who know HSV). LaShana and the front desk representatives were amazing. LaShana went out of her way to ensure our stay for five days was comfortable. We were in town visiting family and this was a perfect place to set up with a bedroom and sitting room in the jr. suite. The rooms were spacious, ceilings so high! We had dinner and drinks at the bar a few times also and the bartender, Rob was awesome! Food was very good also. We’ll stay here again when we return!

I tried to cancel my Saturday reservation on Thursday after a family emergency arose. I bought a protection plan that meant NOTHING!!!! and I am charged the full price. My family works in hotels… I guarantee someone is in that room right now and the Hilton double dipped.

The only thing wrong with this was between 10 pm to 12 am children were running up and down the halls on 4th floor. I looked out and adults were standing in hall on floors. This was very RUDE for those of us trying to sleep at that time of night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
