We had a great stay! We were in town for UAH graduation. We had multiple rooms for family members. We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great besides one opportunity for improvement. The hotel is very clean, updated, perfectly located, great breakfast and service. We stayed 3 nights with 3 kids under age of 10. There was no housekeeping services, trash removal or fresh towels provided. I don’t expect bed linens to be changed daily but enough towels for showering without going to the desk to ask for some would be appreciated. You accumulate a lot of trash in 3 days. Maybe other people leave their trash all over but ours is all in a trash can.

We loved everything about our stay! Excellent breakfast with friendly staff along with being very welcoming with our larger dog! Our stay was very comfortable with our family of six!

I enjoyed our stay here so much! Spacious rooms, plenty of sleeping space for my family. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. Lots to chose from. Bar available as well. Parking is free and there was plenty to chose from. Right outside downtown Huntsville, lots of places to visit just a few minutes away. There is a outdoor mall in walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Nice property along with the area as well. One night stay w/ family due to a sporting event. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Really like the location and the staff was super friendly. Very clean and comfortable. It was just the right distance from the Orion amphitheater. 2.5 miles from it with very easy access to the venue. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel was nice. What wasn’t nice was getting woke up in the middle of the night several times. From what we were told this happens every weekend. Teenage kids playing run from the cops in the parking lot.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again or attempt to have my kids to even enjoy their self at this hotel on Sat April 16 I left for a Hour to Run to the Store and Left my 18 year daughter to be Harassed by The Front Desk Staff.. 3 of them.. I paid my money just as well as the OTHER guest at this hotel and this stay was terrible and very Uncomfortable I WOULD NEVER STAY AT HYATT BRIDGE STREET EVER AGAIN AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WHO PLAN ON HAVING A GATHERING AT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!
