The rooms are very clean, and front desk is very friendly, I will recommend my family to stay there on the next visit.

Worse hotel service I ever experienced in my life acted like kids couldn't eat breakfast n have eat in lobby n can't bring any food to room or that's considered stealing n they will threaten call cops over spilt milk sad they have that much pettyness in there heart to mistreat a mom and a couple of kids pool is horrible hot tub not hot

Terrible experience. The owner Sam must not be very happy with their lot in life (owning a hotel is a good business, but if the family makes you do it I guess it’s miserable?) speculation aside;
DO NOT STAY here. Location has a sleep inn right in front of it. Book there. Same quality hotel, staffing is professional and courteous.
So to the tale of the Huntsville trip:
Left PCB for Huntsville to get my space camp cadet, decided we’d stay a night in Huntsville as my cadet is interested in UAH as a college option. Checked in at 9pm with the night clerk Amy. She asked for a card for incidentals. After a long vacation I wasn’t sure if I had it. We tried one card it declined and she went ahead and checked us in anyways. The next morning leaving breakfast I was called over to the front desk and asked for a credit card by a man who never identified himself, and wasn’t wearing a hotel nametag, so I told him how Amy checked us in and told us not to worry about it, and as I was going to say my wife may have it on a card let me check, he became aggressive and assertively rude demanding that if ‘you don’t pay, you leave’ first off, we did pay, in full already for 2 nights. We were willing to put a card down for incidentals and even returned to the front desk with it, he pointed to the door and told us to leave. Hotels and he are refusing a refund for the second night, keeping funds for services not rendered. I have submitted a recording of the manager refusing to check out.

Everything looked clean. The indoor pool area has no a/c, so it is too hot in the Summer to sit and watch kids swim. As soon as the rain started, the cable went out.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed your breakfast very much and our children loved swimming. Thank you.

Close to every food place . Pool closes a tad early 9pm. When people traveling all day being in the hot tub is something to look forward to. Maybe no kids between 9-11pm please?

The hot tub was a disappointment. It was akward to get into it. And was just warm. Jets didn’t work! Told the staff but they couldn’t explain why it had no entry stairs. But said it could hurt a baby if it was hotter. I might would stay there again but I’d be checking out other options first.

I reserve a room with 2 queen beds because I came to bring my son to college and my other 2 children were with me. Upon check in I was charged an extra 60.00 because I had my 2 other children, but it was 2 queen beds (2 to a bed) lithos has never happened to me before when reserving 2 beds. I should not have been charged anything extra. Also the room was not cleaned properly. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself to my liking and it looked as if someone was previously in there before we got to the room. The tub had a ring around it and the song had hair on it. Being tired from travel, I just cleaned properly and got through the 2 night stay. I should be refunded the $60 at least since I had to clean properly.

We were in town to visit my niece for her bday who goes to college there. I booked a 1 night stay for 2 adults. When i checked in 2 of my adult sons along with my 4 yr old walked to my room and left their bags. We spent the entire day away. I returned to the hotel around 10pm with my 4 yr old toddler. My other 2 sons stayed the night with my niece as previously planned. (She had other people visiting her and her apt is not very big which is the reason we kept their luggage at the hotel) I left the next morning to pick them up. We returned to the hotel around 950am. Since breakfast was still going on I told them to go and get sumn b4 we freshen up and get back on the road. As soon as we headed to the breakfast area they were approached by the man from the front desk, not sure if he was the manager or not. He went on to say u don't belong here. U walked in off the street, breakfast is only for guests. So I'm explaining to him that we have a room there and yes we just walked in but our luggage is in the room. He starts to record and says he's gonna call the police ( over a bowl of cereal and a banana) because that is all they had picked up. After i told him my room number he sd he was gonna just charge me $15 for an extra person! I had no idea me telling them to go fix them something would have caused so much commotion. The situation could have been handled much better and I'm very disappointed at how we were treated over a simple misunderstanding!!!

Enjoyed my stay. I have zero complaints about the service or quality of my room. The hot tub didn't have a rail to get in or out of it but we made due. Overall my kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. Beds were comfy, and the mirror in the bathroom kept my teenager occupied for quite some time haha.
