Our family only stayed for a night and were ok. The only inconvenience was that the hotel does not have adequate ventilation fan in the bathroom and after the four of us took showers, the room became extra humid. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off as well as the paint on the ceiling and walls. The room smelled humid the moment we walked in. This hotel needs maintenance and upgrades.

This was a great overnight stop for our family. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Elevators weren’t very clean and needed repair but overall the rest of the hotel was great!

When I check in things appeared to be ok. It was later, about 9 pm. Got yo our room, my great nephew says the floor is wet. Sure enough, the entire floor(carpet) in front of the beds was wet. Went down to tell some one so as to not get blamed fir this. The kid says yes I know. You gave 2 options we will check you out and refund your money or you can just deal with it as we are totally booked!! So at 9 at night , we dealt with it!

Check in employee was very kind. However the pool was out of service, the treadmill in the workout room was out of service also. Neither of this was not noted on the website when booking. This would have made us change locations because we have children and they was very r about swimming after driving for hours on a road trip, only to get here and find out it’s closed. This needs to be noted on booking what all is out of service. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall also behind the sink.

Myself and family just came for a friendly overnight stay per request of my newly aged 8 year old, for his birthday! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like the second night a whole bunch of young kids checked in and there was so much noise could not sleep they were running up and down the hallway all night long and was very loud in the halls and the room til about 12am other than that the stay was great. The young man at the desk was so nice and pleasant and really friendly

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Noticed several staff members sitting outside smoking right at the front door lobby entrance. Some breakfast items weren’t replenished such as fresh fruit. Main reason for 3 stars was that the pool was closed due to improper chemicals. We were told they had to wait for chemical testing to be done again the following day before the pool could possibly reopen. That’s the entire reason we booked this hotel. The kids were extremely disappointed.

The hotel was gross. Dirty, beat up, sticky in weird places. The pool is borderline biohazard. Not the kind of place to bring children, not the kind of place to walk around your room in socks or barefoot, not the kind of place to stay if you have a choice.
