The stay was average after a few bumps when checking in. The room was “ready with a cot” for our baby, but when we arrived the room was still in disarray and had not been cleaned. The sheets were lumped on the bed, trash in the bins, etc. we went back to check in and got a new room. That room smelled like urine. The third room the charm. Room was fine but nothing great about it. A basic hotel room. The ac is right next to one of the beds so if you want the room to be cool for the others the person in that bed suffers and icey sleep.

They were over booked. They offered no type of compensation and i had to find somewhere else to take my family at 1am!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton in Birmingham. My kids were attending a show at the Iron City music venue nearby. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the venue. There were some decent dining options nearby. Parking was convenient. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of Downtown Birmingham from our balcony. The area nearby can be a little noisy after hours.

We traveled from TN to attend a friend's 40th birthday celebration and decided to stay at the Hilton because of location. Everything was clean, the staff are friendly, and beds slept comfortably. The morning of our departure, we had breakfast at the buffet. The food was good and we received exceptional service and warm smiles from Erika Thomas and Synetric Ollison. They were so friendly to us and even gave our toddler a candy cane as we left. We would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to check in and the hotel was very nice and clean. I loved the two bedroom room I selected for our family trip.

The hotel was nice and updated. A few minor spots where paint or wallpaper was peeling. The carpet seems clean and the bed/ pillows was very comfort. Slept like a baby. The view from the 11th floor was pretty awsome as well. The pool was nice, but not heated. Overall the amentities were nice. I would probably stay here again. Though, paying for parking was annoying, but that was every hotel in downtown Birmingham. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
